If only I could leave no stars, I would. I travel a lot for my company and stay in many different states. I had to wait for at least 20 minutes before anyone show up to the front desk. I book for two queen and they gave me 1 king. I went back to front desk he said he couldn’t do anything about it. According to him, everything was book. The confirmation numbers did not even match. It is not the hotel fault ( i did book it through a third party ) I think. But this is where the 1 star comes from. The person working in the front desk did not even to think to say sorry. ( a very simple gesture would have been nice ). He did not even try to attempt to see what went wrong.
