On the downside, the room had not been cleaned when I arrived, and there were no towels available. I had to go to the front desk to request them, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, it’s a decent hotel with friendly service, but there is definitely room for improvement when it comes to housekeeping.

The staff are helpful but the building should be clean. The carpet on the entire hallways should be replaced or at lease washed. They shouldn't offer breakfast because they are not equipped for it.

Good enough room for a economy night, the rest of the property is on the bad side

Good stay

It is a bit far from the city center

Our stay here during the World Cup was a disaster. We arrived after 9 pm and they told us our room was not ready yet.... We had two kids with us. The next day we were locked out of our rooms and building and no one was at the front desk to help us. I was there with another person who had just checked into two rooms and neither room had towels. Then I just found two extra $100 charges with no explanation. This was not part of what was explained when I booked with expedia and not part of what was discussed at check in--just a 100 dollar fee each day of our stay after paying in full in advance. The host at the front desk was on her cell phone perpetually. They were not ready for the World Cup and I fear have taken advantage not only of us, but all of the international travels who were staying there. Now the process of trying to get those charges reversed...

The staff here is very welcoming, professional and goes the extra mile to help one. They also express appreciation for your business and don't take their patrons for granted. The location is conveniently located within minutes of an interstate exit. Although some repairs were being done around the hotel and hotel yard during my stay, the environment was very, very clean. The breakfast is enough to hold one over until the next meal. As I was here for the World Cup, the location was a five minute ride to a kiss-and-park for the event. If one is looking for a clean, no frills hotel in the area that is very reasonable and within striking distance of a stadium related athletic events (or even downtown Kansas City events); then your needs will be met here. I should also add that the neighborhood in which the Inn is located is relatively quite as well as safe.

The hotel was nice. The only weird part was the heavy use of AI in paintings and posters.

I stay here when I come into town its very nice clean an staff is very respectful the only thing that kinda irritated me this last time I stayed was when I tried to go to the front desk a few times to ask for extra towels there was never anyone there so I never got more towels
-
However the room & bathroom were very clean. Facilities were very quiet. Housekeeping staff were very accommodating in changing out our towels as we don't have housekeeping come in to clean our room everyday. I didn't make it down for the breakfast, but my husband did and said that the staff were very accommodating and nice!

0/10- do not recommend. We got back to the hotel around 1am from a concert and were locked out of our room. After having the staff try to get in, they called maintenance. Took the door handle apart and finally got in about 1:45am. They were really sweet and the maintenance guy was nice. But once we got moved to the new room, there was hardly anything in there. No wash cloths and there was hair still in the shower. The room didn’t seem like it got cleaned well. Slept as good as we could, but room service came in at 7am and woke us up. We had to tell them “we are still sleeping” and they went away.

Room was clean and looked recently renovated but smelled like old cigarettes and nursing home

Overall, the stay was good. Room was a little musty. Air worked well. No fitted sheets on the bed, but it was comfortable. Easy access to highway. Price was too high for the quality.
