Baymont by Wyndham Kansas City North

Reserved on Expedia, but there's an unexpected hidden $100 per accommodation deposit required at check in. Sinks were missing stoppers, poor water pressure, shower floors seemed awfully slick, 1 of the bathroom vanity lights didn't work. Not impressed but, bed was comfortable, and the A/C worked great.

Carpets in hallways were filthy and floors were warped and uneven. Needs a serious remodel

The bedrooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The workers were nice. Building a smells like smoke or something like somebody smoked in it. It just has a smell all the way through it in the room it smells. Make sure you have enough on your card for a deposit for $100 for the room that you get back.

The staff was amazing, very friendly very helpful when I checked in however, when I got to my room at night, the TV did not work the room smelt like mold real bad so I had to open the window and turn the air on and let it like air out and like my sheets and stuff were like damp. I’ve told them in the morning that my TV was not working thinking that they were gonna fix it come back to my room that evening still no TV or nothing. So I had a room for the whole weekend without a TV.

The Staff Was Attentive and Knowledgeable! The Breakfast was "On Point"! The Rooms Were Clean and Comfortable! *The Electricity Kept Shorting Out. *The Carpets Were Unkept and Dirty in the Hallways. *There were too many instances of construction materials equipment etc in harm's way of guests, elderly, as myself,and small children . *I felt unsafe when I saw the glass door entry for building A, was pulled apart without a key card by the hands of some potential vandals scoping out the facility!!!

Hotel is newer but need fixed. The sliding doors were nice. No remote had to wait 30 mins and 3 trips to get a remote. Room had wrappers on the floor and dirty towel. Shower leaks onto floor. Misty smell throughout the room. No ridge inside of room. Closet door was broken. Empty toilet paper . Stained shower curtain. Rat dropping on floor. Breakfast was not edible.. as in took a bit and spit it out... Juice was the only thing I could have. Coffee was cold. Asked for refund or at least discount and was told no.

Hot shower Confusing signage and not accurate hotel name on booking.com.

After a long hot concert came back to the hotel and no hot water so I had to go to bed nasty and the next morning still no hot water and all the could offer me was a 30% off my next stay guess what I’m never staying there so I ended up with nothing

Room was dark and smelt like cigarette smoke. Check in and out was quick. continental breakfast was adequate.

THE PLACE IS RUN DOWN NOT WHAT THE PICTURES SHOWED. I RESEVED 2 QUEEN BEDS AND GOT A KING BED..

Hotel is KC Inn and not a Baymont by Wyndham. Rooms and lobby were very dirty.

Didn't have a trash can, asked for one and they brought an ice bucket.

It didn’t open until 7 am so I didn’t get to eat the breakfast Open breakfast at 6 am
