The lobby looked great. Different story when you get in the halls and rooms. The room smelled so bad like cigarettes and carpet had stains all over. We had an infant with us so no way we were staying there.

We had no power for hours. No explanation. No refund. No nothing. Rooms had bed bugs and lice. Had to be moved room 3 times. None of the ice machines worked. No free breakfast. Overall it was a HORRIBLE experience

It is going through renovation the hotel itself is nice be nice if it had a swimming pool

So we changed the beds ourselves and then while sleeping the blankets got damp from the mattress itself. I advised they need a dehumidifier in the room. Breakfest was odd. Not enough food for people and food staff seemed very sensitive about how much food people would take. Also appliances are from home lol. Otherwise great HUGE place!

This place is just kind of rough. Our first room had a TV that clearly was replacing a larger model that used to hang on the wall. We couldn't get it to work. It also smelled like cigarettes, or like chemicals they use to cover the smell of cigarettes. We asked to have the TV fixed, and the front desk person (who seemed way overtaxed but was still friendly) said she's have someone come take a look at it. No one ever showed. I finally went back and asked for a different room. The one they gave me was better, but still pretty dated...and didn't have an ice bucket. I cannot recommend this place.

Love this place different but absolutely awesome

We had no hot water. At best, the shower (with the handle turned fully to hot) was cool, never even warm. They had a coin-operated washer and dryer that we took advantage of, but no change machine in the facility and the front desk staff did not have change or the ability to break bills. Instead of orange juice or an assortment of juices, they only offered lemonade at breakfast (in addition to water, coffee and milk…though the milk was more for cereal and coffee). The breakfast choices were OK. Better than some hotels we’d stayed at on our cross country trip, worse than others. Overall, a disappointing stay for what we paid.

The rooms are nice but the o e I stayed in had an odor to it. Free breakfast was minimal.

The breakfast was lacking to say the least. Very little to choose from, and for the hot breakfast, there was no sausage or bacon that you might find at another hotel. The hallway carpet needed cleaned or replaced.

Hallways filthy & stains all over. First room assigned smelled urine as you open the door. On the 2nd room, shower & toilet not cleaned, wet towels found on drawers & window found unlocked. Lacking towels & toiletries & no hot water for shower. Breakfast not good.

Property is a bit run down. Not enough amenities left in the room.

Overall though, the stay was adequate and it seems they are trying to improve the property. Would try again.
