Location. Room setup/style

This is one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. They have super friendly staff, especially Tami! Best hotel workout facility I’ve ever used! I’ll stay here again for sure. My only complaint is that there was puddle on the floor when I entered my room and the pull out couch was dirty. But despite that, the super friendly staff is reason enough to stay here.

The room is clean. Staff are helpful. As for breakfast not good n attractive. Arrangement of food needs improvement. I have a hard time looking for d disposal of silverwares. There should be proper instructions and appropriate labelling, etc.

Exceptional

The breakfast was below average mostly because the food was odd and undercooked. It also had the weirdest "scramble" (sic) eggs I have ever seen. They were little pucks that had green stuff in them. The pancakes and sausage were not cooked enough. The selection was not too bad, it was the poor preparation that was the problem. The lobby had machines blasting out perfume (i.e. air "freshener") that was way too strong. It is OK to have that type of thing, but not so strong. It makes me wonder what they were trying to cover up. The hotel is older, maybe built in the 70's or earlier and has been updated so it does not look bad. The rooms are on the small side and little things need attention. It is hurt by stuff like broken elevator button, loose faucet handle in the bathroom, poorly touched-up repairs, and hardware in need of repair. No going back there.

Tammy and Rye where totally very professional at the desk felt very comfortable talking to them about the area if we come back to Chicago again i would stay there cuz them it better I had checked out of the hotel on my departure day and headh home 2 Cleveland Ohio

Everything was good for me.

We found the hotel staff be very helpful and friendly. The room was cleaned every other day, but new towels and toiletries are easily gotten by request. The free breakfast buffet was very good with a new selection of items every day.

Check in was quick and the front desk staff were helpful and responsive. Unfortunately, while the room was tastefully decorated and the beds comfortable, there was hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower.

The hotel is exactly as the picture shows!!!!! Awesome hotel!
