This hotel is ready for a minor renovation. The carpet in our room was torn, there was mold in the shower, and overall it wasn’t great based on the other reviews. We liked the free parking. We did not eat breakfast because the lobby was packed and there wasn’t seating available. The breakfast looked to be better than others. Also, my husband was bit by a spider on the couch, which can happen anywhere but it was still one more thing.

We stayed for three nights at this hotel and we did not get any house keeping services at all , trash is piled up and we have to go to the front desk to get clean towels . I mentioned this issue to the front desk personnel at checkout , she was not even surprised. Very disappointing , will not stay there again .

The hotel location was excellent. The one bedroom suite layout was very nice however the room had quite a bit of wear and tear and the linens didn’t feel fresh. This property was very over priced.

Great location. Safe. Right by Costco and other major retailers. Very comfortable beds. No noise. And breakfast changes everyday. I wish the price was a little lower.

The saving Grace at this Oakbrook location was the Staff!!! Front Desk (Lariya),Bartenders/Servers (Brandi and Kim), the Housekeeping staff and Morning Kitchen staff too. I've been to All 50 States several times over and ""A Place is only as Good as its Employees"" and they were Excellant!!!
