Close to beach. Room on highway and noisy. Ceiling falling a part. Globs of dust fell from air conditioning.

Had a great overall stay here. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The location was great as it was close to the beach and a lot of restaurants and other things. The only bad thing I would say is that the room had a funky smell to it, almost like water had gotten in at some point and was not addressed. Besides for this everything was great and I would certainly stay here again!

Could use some updating. Keep in mind they charge $10 parking per night and a resort fee to use their pool.

They say they are fully refundable when they are not, the staff did not want to refund the 2 nights we had left because we left early due to cleanliness. There was food still in the floor and in cabinets, hair all over the sheets and shower, a dirty rag on the shelf, tv was awful and the remote doesnt even work, the floor feels awful and disgusting. If you are planning a long stay this is not the place if you want to feel clean after taking a shower good luck with that!! Not worth the money or time.

If you are a family on a budget, this is a decent place to stay. The kitchen was helpful as well as having an extra couch bed. There are some updates that could be done to the rooms, but for the price it is a good option.

The stay could have been good if the water didn’t leak into our room from the room above. The woman working the desk looked at me like I was dumb and was trying to say it just happens. Then gave me towels to clean it up. I felt like I had to chase these people for towels as well. The first one woman I checked in with was cool though. But don’t know if we’d stay here again after the whole mess.

Our room was ready a little early we got to check. That is always nice. Staff was very nice when we needed them. There was a few things that we needed but I feel should have been in the room already. Booked it for 6 people has to ask for towels and only one small bottle of soap. Had to ask for a blanket for the sofa bed. We pretty much stayed out all day. The hotel is fine small for 6 people but we were only washing and sleeping there. So it worked out great. If we needed a quick stay again this would be fine price was really good

The staff was helpful and quick to resolve any issues, the kitchen provided a great way to enjoy a dinner with the kids in a quiet area, the room was clean and very roomy, the pool was cleaned every morning and provided a safe area for our girls to swim, it is located close to grocery stores and very close to the beach. It is located close to an awesome area to crab which also has a family friendly park that is great for kids. It is a very affordable place to stay if you don’t want to break the bank and still be able to enjoy yourself. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again

The room was clean as were all of the linens and towels. Everything was as expected.

There was no room service. We stayed for 4 days, no towels, pool was never cleaned, trash was never picked up we had to get rid of our own trash. I asked for towels they only gave me one because they claim they had no more.

Room was outdated, dirty, would not give extra towels for the pool and neighbors were partying all night til 3am both nights got zero sleep.

The room was pretty clean when we arrived even though the room had a bit of an odd smell. The staff was very accommodating when we needed more towels, rags, etc. The beds were comfortable enough to sleep in but not top tier. The room was overall decently nice and I would recommend staying here if you just want a simple room for a good price!

The room smelled bad, I was worried about mold. The lady at the front desk was nice when I called to make sure someone would be there upon check in. The shower faucet was tight to turn and on the 2nd day right before we were heading out for the day, I turned it on and was unable to turn it off. My husband immediately went to the office to let them know and one of the housekeeping staff came first and then a lady who I assume was the manager rushed in and before even assessing the situation told us “you broke it”. I felt that was extremely rude and unprofessional. The housekeeping lady was using the trash can to scoop the water out from the tub into the toilet and the manager told us that someone was coming to fix it, but it would be about fifteen minutes and that we would need to scoop the water out of the tub into the toilet for the next 15 mins. She came back a few minutes later and told us we could go and they would refresh the room. We said we didn’t need that but if they could tidy up the bathroom please. We had brought our own wash rags which were the exact same as the ones the hotel uses. We had left some of the used ones in the bathroom, which is understandable that they took them, but we also had some in a grocery bag on the bed which they took as well. When we let the same manager know she said she would ask housekeeping. Obviously it would be hard to get our exact rags back, but we were told they didn’t touch anything outside of the bathroom. Great location though

You get exactly what you pay for. Super outdated. Paint on walls peeling off. Rust on the metal towel hanger. It was alright. The walls are so thin you can hear EVERYTHING.
