The Spinnaker Hotel

2nd time in a row my family stayed at this hotel and got a terrible rash on parts of their body not covered by pajamas (arms, legs, neck). Something in thier detergent or fabric softener must be doing it. There was also a bunch of trash under the sofa.

Rooms are big.

The room wasn’t clean specifically the covers they smelled terrible, no cold water, the bathroom sink was clogged disgusting to brush my teeth there the shower walls dirty. I don’t recommended I will never stay there again. I took pictures and show is to the costumer service desk and they didn’t said anything.

Cuisinette pratique

Bathtub was really slow at draining. Bathroom could have been cleaner didn’t like the bathroom being right behind the door. Beds were ok, the location was good and the staff was helpful.

While the rooms were relatively clean, the rest if the property was not. The full site is in need of updates. The couch in our room was stained. We had to address an issue of staff entering our room while our 'no service' tag was up and while our teenage daughter was alone.

Housekeeping asked us every day if we needed anything, and when we did, brought it right away! Location was great. 1/2 block from the boardwalk, but not at the super busy part of the boardwalk. LOVED the 2 complimentary beach chairs and that they had bicycles to use (though some of them need a little fixing!) Room seemed clean. Nice beach view from the balcony. Cons: Definitely could use some interior updating. There were some rusty areas, and the carpet probably could be replaced. The railings on the balcony seemed maybe a little shaky. A/C unit was a little loud and definitely rusted out inside. Definitely need new (and maybe more) luggage carts. Our building only had 1 SMALL elevator. (The other building had 2). The pool water was quite murky. Not sure if it needed treated or what, but you couldn't even see the bottom. Also- the lift for putting someone with a disability into the pool was broken (didn't affect us but should be fixed!)

Our experience at this hotel was truly exceptional. We comfortably accommodated six adults in the spacious room, which boasted a fully equipped kitchen. The balcony, a decent-sized one, provided a lovely view of the beach, which was conveniently located right next to it. The air conditioners were new and efficiently cooled the room, even when we opened the doors frequently. The bathroom was also quite nice, although the showerhead might need a change. Overall, we had a fantastic experience.

If the kitchenette would have had enough dishes for all of us, would totally be a 5*. It was just annoying that the dishes were lacking a little, the rags sucked for actually scrubbing the dishes. Give me a sponge and 2 more plates, 2 more sets of silverware it would be 5*.

Location is excellent, staff is great. We had an issue with the shower and they changed our room without any difficulties. Wonderfull trip !

Only reason I didn't rate better was they really need to replace the pull out sleeper couch in room 317, sorry but it sucked!! Very hard to pull out,took 2 peoples and the mattress was ridiculously old. Nothing left to it. Good thing that kids can sleep just about anywhere. Other than that all was fine, a little dirt here and there but wasn't bad. NO BUGS.

La chambre 202 avait un bonne grandeur, les très confortable. Pour le canapé-lit nous avions apporté un surmatelas mousse-gel, c'était parfait pour mon fils de 18 ans(aucun canapé lit n'est confortable) . Belle petite cuisine pour préparer de bon petit repas. Manque quelques petits ustensiles (couteaux à steak, un seul était fourni, pas de passoire pour les pâtes. Dans l'ensemble vraiment très bien. Vue magnifique sur l'océan. La piscine était brouillé. Mon fils et mon mari l'ont quand même essayé. 2 chaises de plage fourni par chambre. Ainsi que des vélos disponibles gratuitement. Nous y retournerons c'est certain!

surprised to be at the Spinnaker because the distance from the hotel was close to the boardwalk and the entrance to the beach. Titiana was helpful too. She was polite and she checked on our needs. The Spinnaker was a great place to stay for our mini vacation.

The storm they provided to claer out the canadian smoke was great

Room was nice and clean, air conditioning worked excellent with no problems ! The staff was very helpful and friendly, our beach view wasn’t the best but we had a small view, but it was a very short walk to the beach and with no problem, the pool was nice and clean also. We would go there again.

The staff was very kind and helpful and the accomodation were satisfactory.
