The Spinnaker

The location is the best thing about this place. It’s right in the beach next to the boardwalk. It also comes with parking but we were also charged $20 hotel fee. The bathroom also had a clog in the shower. The staff was nice and helpful.

The room wasn’t in good conditions, main door was damaged, bathroom door lock wasn’t working and the room was dirty it was a unsatisfactory experience

The room resembled days many years ago. The room was comfortable and provided the relaxation expected. The staff was super! Very kind, respectful, helpful, and considerate.

Rooms and alleyways could have been more tidy and cleaner.

Was disappointed with the condition of the rooms. Very dated and dirty in places. Would’ve definitely booked a different hotel. Staff was great.

Staff was absolutely wonderful! Room was clean and entire hotel seemed clean. They provided complementary chairs for the beach which was a pleasant surprise. You can tell the property is older, but it is great especially for the cost.

Close to beach and boardwalk. Room was clean. On site parking a plus.

The ac rattled every time it kicked on. So it was a little annoying. The location was great.

The place was nice; however, when we went to the pool, there was a lot of sand in the water. We ended up not using the pool. They should add a washing station to rinse off the sand before getting in the pool, especially when children come directly from the beach to the pool.

Very good location, nice views ocean as well as bay/back waters. Free bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas. I didn’t like the room that much, it is very small, not that spacious. Also not super clean..

Would stay again it was great my kids enjoyed themselves.

My only major complaint was the carpet. On the first day, my baby crawled around the room and his hands, knees, legs, and feet were black from the carpet. After that, I didn't let him on the floor again. Aside from that issue, the rest of the room was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

The staff was very nice. The included bike rentals, beach chairs and umbrellas were a big bonus. We will be back!

I like that this motel is oceanfront. The only issue that I experienced was that the air conditioning unit was super loud. The technician wasn’t available.

There were a couple little glitches initially, but the staff remedied them quickly: No frying pan/skillet to make hamburgers and no bathroom soap. I LOVE that the Spinnaker had courtesy beach umbrellas for renters to use! I think bicycles we available as well, but I didn't take advantage of them. The hotel should highlight those features more. The pool looked lovely and was popular. I didn't use it because I can go to the pool at home. I go to THE BEACH!! The sun deck was HUGE. I relaxed there one morning when I felt it was too early to set up my blanket on the beach (9AM). The ice machine came in handy also. Two days in a row the "umbrella girl" in sick! The poor desk attendants were forced to come down in the sand to set up umbrellas and give out chairs while wearing their office attire! GOD BLESS THEM!! It was June 4 & 5. Unfortunatley I did not get their names. It was a guy and a girl. THe girl also checked me in on Wednesday. She was GREAT!!

Había problema con el desague, las camas no eran queen, sino full size, no supero las expectativas como estaba en la descripción!

Check in and staff are amazing. House cleaning ok would like a little better. But overall nice experience. Needs some exterior pressure washing.

Friendly staff. Beds small, wish it was queen beds and not full size. But we all slept good.
