Convenient location, friendly staff

Air conditioning and WiFi are horrible. The fact that this place offers the ability to cast shows from a phone or a tablet to the tv is completely pointless when the WiFi sucks. And the only two channels offered by Best Western are CNN and FOX News. Ugh.

Pictures need to be updated. Everything is pretty old need some updates. Room smell was not good. Homeless people right outside the hotel just camping there.

Good location right off I-5. I requested an early check in as we were hoping to be there by 1pm the latest. We didn’t arrive until 2 and we were told the room was not ready. Check in was at 3! We had traveled over 8 hours and really needed to freshen up. By the time we got into our room, the AC had not been turned on and it took forever to cool off. We asked for a portable fan and they did not have any. Hotel is old and dingy. Will not be staying here again.

Property was good. Just lots of homeless around and people smoking. You can smell cigarettes while swimming in the pool.

Great service and delicious breakfast. Pool area was open till 10 pm. I asked for more towels and they brought some promptly. Family friendly and close yo Legoland!

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the pool.

I would choose somewhere else. Homeless people hanging outside the hotel. Tweaker looking guy riding bike in parking lot looking at cars. Didn't get told by staff to leave.

Clean room, breakfast included. Workout room could use some work

There were ants in my room, and the hotel couldn't accommodate me in another room because it was fully booked. I had to book another hotel at the last minute, and you know that can be very expensive, but thankfully, I found one that was 100 times nicer.

However, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. The balcony needed cleaning, as we found a few spiders there. Additionally, I needed to use the laundry facilities during my stay for a soccer tournament. Unfortunately, the hotel had run out of coins, which made doing laundry difficult, though I managed to find a workaround.

Excellent hotel with walking distance to the beach!

The hotel was ok.. but in need of some maintenance. The shower knob would just turn and it was difficult to control the temp. And once you set it.. it would increase the heat and burn. Housekeeping was FANTASTIC!! The beds were comfy and ok pillows.

The hotel is older and does need some cosmetic upgrades but rooms are clean, staff is very friendly and breakfast is good. The location is also very good.

Stayed an extra day that’s how good this place was to me!

Hot tub was amazing after a 20hr drive. Rooms where very clean and comfortable. Staffed was very helpful and very polite. Breakfast was good it’s free nothing to complain about free food. Parking space also free.
