The manager or owner checked my room before I drove off and gave me a dress I somehow missed. She also gave me a room back from the busy street and I slept very well, helped by the AC/fan that was not too loud. It’s a 10 minute walk to public beaches. Free parking! I recommend this hotel.

Clean hotel located near a lot of cool stuff in South Oceanside. Good coffee and thrift shopping next door. Some of our other favorites nearby include Best Pizza & Brew, Primo Market, and South O Brewing. Beach and all of the above mentioned spots all within easy walking distance.

Parking, walking distance to the beach and many shops and restaurants and the room was clean. There wasn’t a coffee brewer, no microwave or refrigerator provided in the rooms. Very basic indeed. Price was fair so that’s why I give four stars

The owners were very nice and helpful! We asked for 2 extra pillows, and they were happy to provide them. The room was very clean and comfortable.

This was a great find, in a great location. Anything you might need is within a walking distance (morning coffee, beach access, breweries, restaurants). Rooms are clean, staff is MORE than helpful. Would highly recommend.

Very, very clean. They put effort into making it look nice. Staff is very helpful. I got to Oceanside early, most places have inaccurate check in times online, so I stopped in to ask, they told me and must have looked at what room I had and immediately sent someone there because they called me about 15 minutes later to say I was all set to check in. From Massachusetts, any time I’m in Oceanside, I stay here.

Great little Inn! Great proximity to the beach and had some great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The rooms were well maintained and staff was so helpful!
