Comfort Inn & Suites O'Fallon - St. Louis Area

Room was nice, but house keepers not changing sheets or pillowcases blanket had cum on it. And hair was on sheets they were dirty. Bathroom was filthy toilet very nasty, oh ceiling in shower was dirty also. Barely could sleep because of the filth. I gave you 1 star toilet had piss stains underneath seat🙅🤬🤮

Needs updating but not bad for an overnight stay nothing fancy

The bed was comfortable. We were given a wheelchair accessible room when this accommodation was not needed or asked for. There was hair on the shower head from previous uses, shampoo dispenser was completely out (not usually an issue but we had been traveling for 8 days and were needing to use those additional amenities that the hotel offered), and the sheets had stains on them. In the morning, our toilet completely flooded after trying to flush it. This carried over into the main sleeping area, and we had to walk in toilet water to get out of the room. When we went to tell the front desk at check out, they said “it happens.” The staff seemed sincere/apologetic, but knowing that this bathroom has had issues in the past, why would this still be a room option until it gets fixed? The room overall felt as though it was not entirely cleaned before our arrival. We did not stay for breakfast as we wanted to immediately check out after the toilet flooded in our room.

Towels were very nice. Bed was excellent.

and we had a hard time getting off the toilet. Other than that, it was good. A bar in the bathroom in the tub and close to the toilet to hold onto.

The shampoo dispensers were empty in both of the rooms we rented.

Absolutely nothing The breakfast equipment was broken and my son got 2nd degree burns on 3 of his fingers. And the staff was not helpful at all. Then they ran out of sheets and blankets and pillows. So we slept without covers an pillows. They gave me the wrong room and then made me move hotels the next day. The pool was only open a couple hours each day. Ice machines were broken.

All the sheets, towels, and linens were stained. We had to request another room to get sheets that were less stained but still stained. The front desk could care less about service and acted like we were a bother. The breakfast nook is dirty and not maintained. I would not stay here again.

The shower had dirty handprints in the room. Did not have full access to the pool. It is rented out to families that are not staying at the hotel, on through Thursday between 9 am to noon and 2 pm to 6 pm. Beds are very hard. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Very disappointed. Health department risk. Only one trash container in the room. People were placing bags of trash outside the room.

Quick check on, friendly staff, clean room and nice pool. Breakfast was good too

Room was clean, shower had mold in the bathtub, microwave front door was unattached and the air conditioner was set for too cold.

Breakfast was ok. Yogurt in the fridge. Eggs and Sausage Patties in the warmers. Upon arrival no attendant at the desk. Had to wait several minutes for one to arrive to check us in. Entire hotel smelled like weed. Should have trusted the previous reviews I read! TV turns on but not enough WiFi to stream anything. Shower did not drain while using. Toilet made noises all night while trying to sleep. Not a good experience!

Nothing No breakfast dirty stinky

The comforter had stains. Breakfast was set up with no care given to it. The front guest person was at the desk sleeping both evenings I came in. I mean you get what you pay for.

That they actually had a working pool There was bugs in the bathroom I tried to tell the manager at the time but he didn’t understand what I was saying I want a refund please the closed the pool at like 7pm

Looked like poop on the bathroom wall. Smelled like cigarettes.

The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was pathetic. First morning, out of coffee. Second morning, out of sugar. Breakfast only had white toast, no bagels or muffins, coffee was bad. Rooms smelled like bleach.
