This hotel was very clean, had an awesome breakfast and staff were very nice and friendly.

Amazing place and staff!

The breakfast buffet was poorly maintained and the staff was not helpful in refilling it. The drain in our shower drained poorly. I was standing in an inch of water. There seemed to be some major plumbing issues as the toilet was also rising anytime you flushed but eventually drained. I wouldn’t recommend staying here until those issues are sorted out.

Unfortunately, the hallways were flooded with water.

Dirty, poorly maintained, front desk staff almost useless. During a 5 day stay I asked to have the room cleaned and fresh towels delivered. Was told they would add my room to the list. Came back to find neither the towels nor room clean occurred. Went to the front desk, asked again, came in the next night, no towels or cleaning. WiFi is non existant. Front desk attendant provided login instructions only to find the connection times out after 5 minutes. Do not expect to stream, answer email, or get work done unless you use cellular data. The key scanners on the side entrance doors don’t work so the doors are propped open with rocks, welcoming in any mice or rats that inhabit the landscape beds. Don’t stay here unless it’s the only place you can afford.

Not what I was expecting at all. It was cheap so I should have know. My room smelled like tobacco and dog piss. The room and building has significant wear and tear. It was just not my vibe at all. Staff was friendly and did a great job putting on the continental breakfast. But that’s about it.

Was very pleased with the stay all the staff was awesome and very helpful the only issue was the shower head that was clogged with calcium other than that breakfast was awesome. Overall stay was fantastic. We’ll definitely be staying here again and recommending others to stay

Staff was extremely helpful, nice, friendly. Room was clean and housekeeping staff very friendly. There is one thing that I would have liked to see - and that is more on the breakfast. The complimentary breakfast offered 2 hot trays (scrambled eggs and sausage links), a make your own waffle station with 2 different types of batter (traditional and strawberry), muffins, bagels, juices, milks, etc. I like hot oatmeal - and they did have instant oatmeal in the individual containers. That is really the only thing that I would have changed - but it was a complimentary breakfast, so I guess you get what you get and don't throw a fit. Overall great stay.

Stayed 4 nights, not once did they do housekeeping. Rarely anyone at the front desk, had to wait around to find someone for more towels. Then they said I’d have to bring my dirty towels up front for them to replace them. Rooms aren’t the cleanest, cabinets and microwave not completely clean. I don’t mind the outdated furniture but i atleast wish it was clean.

A little dirtier in the halls than when we last stayed. The breakfast mystifies me with its inconsistency. Like my last stay there was a day there was a full breakfast with eggs and bacon as well as Jimmy Dean microwave sandwiches, one day was just the microwave sandwiches and another day was just the cold things and waffles and none of the hot options or sandwiches were available. If there is a rhyme or reason for this I think it should be posted. When you have hot breakfast posted you should have it daily unless otherwise stated. Motel is quiet, staff friendly and helpful.

It was clean and quiet. The breakfast was good. And it was in a good location near a lot of restaurants and right by the expressway.
