Comfort Inn Okemos - East Lansing

No traffic noise so it's quiet.

Breakfast appearance was questionable. So I grabbed a banana. Opened later and the inside had 1/2 inch wide brown streaks down the sides as far as I peeled before throwing it away.

It was nothing special. Front desk staff was fine when they were there but there were many times it wasn't obvious that there was anyone working. Decor shows signs of wear and is a bit dated. Breakfast was really mediocre - like I could have gotten a better meal from vending machines.

It was a nice quiet area. Very minimal breakfast choices & it took awhile for the staff to bring out more coffee.

I was supposed to get a 6:00 AM wakeup call...that never occurred.

The breakfast wasn’t very good. I would have liked more hot selections. Also the coffee was very weak.

The breakfast was not impressive. Prepackaged muffins, breakfast sandwiches, weak coffee and the standard waffles. Go to Cracker Barrel.

Although the room was clean, the hotel is really outdated and sad feeling. The bed was very comfortable but the morning breakfast was very slim and coffee was almost non-existent. The evening front desk person was very nice and helpful. The morning folks were rather gruff. Overall would not stay there again.

Need so work but overall a nice stay

Our stay was okay, hotel is clean, front lobby was inviting, and the guy who checked us in was nice. Our room was clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable and the air conditioning was spot on! The bathroom is where some updates and general maintenance is needed. Everything worked as it should but it was obviously in need of some repair work. This place was okay for what we needed for one night but I probably would not stay more than that.

breakfast ok. lociation ok. mattress's in room 312 were clearly wore out and "sagging". They were not very comfortable

Decent location, good price, person on duty was reasonably accommodating. First room was very dirty. Bits of food and hair in the corners and drawers. Requested move to a different room was even worse with a very stained mattress. Ended up leaving and going to another hotel. Used to stay here a couple times a year, but they've really gone downhill.

Did not eat Breakfast because it was not available. Did not serve until 7:00 am

Breakfast was about average for hotel breakfasts. The shower and stool in bathroom was terrible.

The rooms are clean for the most part, but very old. The carpet is gross, fraying and ripping in spots. The staff is very helpful and courteous.
