Holiday Inn Express & Suites Okemos - University Area by IHG

After a long day of travel, we arrived around midnight and checked in. It appeared we were placed in the wrong room - we were supposed to get a King suite and were given a double queen - and without a crib. I

Good location for my trip. Hotel seems to be taken care of well.

Always stay here every time we come to visit family. Whoever the staff member was that checked us in either doesn’t like his job or didn’t want to be there that particular night. Seemed inconvenienced when i asked if they had a room on first floor as i had just had unexpected surgery on my ankle 1 day prior to our trip

I recently checked out of room 327 and deeply regret choosing this hotel. My stay was entirely unsatisfactory. The bathroom tap was completely clogged during my entire visit. Despite reporting the issue, the staff failed to resolve it, leaving me without a functioning sink. The lack of urgency and inability to fix a basic maintenance problem is unacceptable for a hotel. I expected much better service and will not be returning.

Nice room you can reserve for family get togethers for free. Super nice staff, clean facilities. Decently large bathrooms. Rooms are on the small side, the pool is also small but indoors. No hot tub.
