Never again, need upgrades

The staff was very friendly and efficient. The hot breakfast was very good with a decent selection. They even offered 'to go' breakfast bags if you had to leave before serving hours. The building was cleaned and seemed well maintained. Having a steakhouse a short walk away was a definite bonus. The room we were in was oddly laid out. There was no way to separate the bathroom sink area from the bedroom, so my wife dried her hair by the 'kitchen' sink so she didn't wake us. Also, in the bedroom there were no light switches on the wall, only on the lamp in the corner and on the bed reading lights. Also, there was no clock, which I kind of understand with so many people using their cell phones for that. The first morning they changed out our towels an made the bed, but did not provide additional coffee cups. Not a big deal, since they had coffee made in the breakfast area, which was very good for hotel coffee.

I am not one to write reviews. But unfortunately after my minor child found a used crusty négligée in our room. I was pretty upset. When I brought it to staffs attention I was met with an apology and excuse of high room turnover. They also offered a complementary Can of soda as well. Just super disappointed in how it was handled. Regardless of high turnover.

Comforter had urine on it, bathrooms were filthy.

Staff was kind and very helpful! After a long night of traveling, we were able to check in early. They made us feel very welcome!

We really enjoyed the close parking and large room.

Very friendly staff! The air conditioner unit in my room sounded like a jet was landing! Thank goodness for my headphones! The hot tub was dirty and the jets were not working. Everything else was good!

Coffee maker doesn't work, I bring it to the front desk, there was a guy and a lady told them this doesn't work and they said they will bring it new one, nothing happened after that, no one come or contact me. The microwave in the room has missing plate. I am traveling a lot for business and I will not staying in Hampton Inn in the future.

Our door wouldn’t lock felt a little unsafe, but we’re able to change rooms the next day with an upgraded room. Breakfast was not great but the kids seemed to like the waffles.

Quality and choice of breakfast menu was nice. Room was nice but older. Bathroom sink didn't drain well and shower was only warm

I like the property location and has ample of parking. Rooms were neat and clean and provided different amenities. Breakfast was good.

The hotel was perfectly fine. We did have an issue with our reservation but it was resolved.

I always enjoy my stay there. I just wish the hot tub jets had been working. But other than that, everything was wonderful.

Rooms very nice, clean and top class. Staff was incredible. Breakfast was the only downer. Not good, but cracker barrel is near by.

THERE WERE NO WATER CUPS IN THE BATHROOM. WE ALERTED THE STAFF AND FRONT DESK BUT THEY DID NOT RESPOND. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS POOR.

The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was excellent. Lots of choices. We love this motel and will definitely be back to stay again.
