Nice room!! Clean but definitely needs more ventilation in the room!! Overall would stay here again.

The room we had secured through Expedia was not available when we got to this hotel. There was a host of issues in this hotel one was the floors were absolutely disgusting. I had to buy a swiffer mop to mop the floors after getting on my hands and knees and using a whole tub of Lysol wipes on the floor in the kitchen. Maintenance came into my room while we were in the room and when asked to leave, he refused to leave. It took three times and dropping an F bomb to get him to leave my room. Then I stepped outside the manager, then came up with the maintenance guy, and they both walked into my room while I was not in my room and my companions were in the room. Then we had a situation where another staff, even after we put the do not disturb sign on the door, walked into our room.. the hotel turned it around on me and tried to make me feel irrational insane uncooperative because I was upset. I had two special-needs travelers with me and they just could not understand why walking in somebody’s room was unacceptable. Unfortunately, we were stuck at this hotel for two weeks there were absolutely nowhere to move to. I will never stay at this hotel. I don’t recommend anybody stay at this hotel if you want clean this hotel is not it carpets are disgusting. The floors are disgusting. Just everything is disgusting.

Power went out. ZERO communication as what was going on. No help from staff. No breakfast, no showers, no sorry. They could have communicated what was going on.

Convenient location

The suite was super clean, really really comfortable, friendly staff, great location, will definitely stay again when visiting the area.

The staff arranged an easy assessable room upon my arrival once they notice my disability.

Breakfast was good!

We have stayed at this Staybridge a few times this year when visiting family. The rooms have been very good each visit with the exception of the shower. Every time, the shower appears to have not been cleaned. There was excessive amounts of long black hair one time, actual blood another time, and either soap or shampoo build up every time. We like the location and the amenities of the hotel but cannot understand why they do not clean their showers better (or at all).

The room was perfect, staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great!! The only reason I rated the amenities so low was because of the pool. The pool was disgusting. I have never seen a hotel pool in that state. There was something large and furry floating in a filter that kind of looked like a dead mouse? I’m not sure that’s what it was but it was awful looking and as I swam closer to inspect it, an oily sludge came from that filter. The front desk was quick to call maintenance but I was still sad I couldn’t swim. That’s not anybody’s fault though , at least i dont think it is.

Staff was awesome

Room was clean except for the shower. Shower walls had to be missed when it was cleaned because there was a lot of long black hair on the walls. I mean A LOT! I wiped down the walls as the tub and toilet were clean as was the rest of the room.

The stay was comfortable. I don't know if I'd return though. There was a dirty towel left hanging behind the door that housekeeping missed. Also, the halls needed vacuuming and there was gum in the carpet of one of the elevators the whole time we were there. Breakfast staff was busy eating and chatting instead of restocking. I had to spread my cream cheese with a spoon. They also only had lids for one size of their coffee cups. The outside walls and ceilings weren't soundproofed and you could hear everything. The area was very nice though.

Room was a good size. Bed was rather comfortable.

Great staff and great location.

When we went down for breakfast (7:30), some of the food was out and ready however, some of the hot food was cold. You couldn’t tell anyone because they were in such a hurry to get everything out.

The room was really nice and clean. The pool was a little bit chilly and if you have multiple kids it gets REALLY loud in there. Otherwise my family and I enjoyed ourselves. It met our needs for our one night stay.

The breakfast was terrible, the eggs were crusty and the sausage and hashbrowns were not hot. The waffle makers were crusted with old batter. No love was put into the food.
