Toilet ran all the time. Faucet in shower valve didn't let enough water through for good watrr pressure. Tv was hard to control with no instructions. Ice maker in fridge made tapping noises all night, sounding like someone in hallway knocking on doors. Unusual foul smell on floor by doorway to hall.

I was upgraded to a king suite because the elevator wasn't working to the floor my room was reserved on and I had to haul boxes from my truck to room. The night manager was more than helpful to offer this and the room was amazing!!! The cleanliness was outstanding, it came with a moderately stocked kitchen w dishwasher/stove,etc and exceeded my expectations. I was able to get a late checkout the next morning no problem either. The location was on a quiet street and no problems with parking outside the hotel. I would definitely stay here again! Nothing!!! Nothing but good to say about this property, which is rare....

The female at the front desk refuse to look at my card and even tho it was a debit card she keep saying is was a cash card. The debit card was Sofi

This hotel is not far at all from downtown.The rooms were clean,The beds were comfortable.I will stay again when I'm in Okc.

The gentleman that works nights was very nice Seen roaches in bathroom in 1st room we were assigned to, was transferred to another room, bathtub was nasty, and upon going to bed pulled covers down and there was a huge amount of BLOOD on one part of the sheets and another amount of blood on another part of the sheets, examined the entire bed at that point and the was blood also on the blanket. This was fresh blood by the looks of it from someone on her menstrual cycle, and instead of changing it, their house keeper just ignored it and fixed the bed knowing there was blood in multiple places! When I did report it, front desk staff brought sheets to the room and tried handing me sheets so we could change the sheets, I told him 'no im on vacation, im not there to do their house keepers job or come in contact with another persons blood content'..he said there was no house keepers there, and that he couldn't change the sheets. I/WE REFUSED to have to do their work, so yet AGAIN we were switched to ANOTHER ROOM. When I arrived at their hotel, I came with a splint on both hands in a whole lot of pain waiting to have surgery, and this continuous moving has created a whole lot of additional pain and swelling in both hands, and this last move, after the bloody room I injured my hand even worse from having to move all of my items into yet ANOTHER room... These people need to read up, and be aware of 'BLOODBORNE PATHOGENS. They need training in CLEANING. We DO NOT pay money to hotels to sleep in bed(s) on sheets of prior people WITHOUT them being cleaned; that's not only DISGUSTING, but ALSO DANGEROUS, AND UNSANITARY. . I have left a message with the front desk and still have NOT received a response back, I have ALSO left an email with pictures and my contact information and STILL HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED BY ANYONE. We won't EVER use this hotel again when we visit, because it shows they use short cuts to get their rooms cleaned by NOT cleaning their sheets and bed linen after others use them.

The place was clean and the staff were friendly Dog poop everywhere out side the property, you can not walk on any grass without stepping in it.
