Nothing I didn't even get to experience anything because it was the wrong location and the location that I needed it at was booked. In fact they didn't even know if they could accommodate that room either. But they did booking.com kindly requested a fee waver and refund, and their response was thank u for staying!!! Enraged Same as above

The bed was very comfortable, sheets were clean and soft. Towels were ok, one was stained. Property was clean and safe. No breakfast or coffee. No bucket for ice.

The staff member working was very helpful and nice. The facility was disgusting, the rooms did not look clean, there was blood on the sheets. Lights didn't work. Asked for a refund the second we saw the roo.
