Terrible! We had booked a double-bed room, but the front desk gave us a single-bed room and told us that there were no more double-bed rooms available. We had been driving all day and were already very tired by the time we arrived at the hotel. The hotel didn't care about us at all. We had to turn to the platform for help. Fortunately, the platform was helpful and solved the problem for us. But it must be said that the hotel service was extremely poor. They didn't reserve the room we had booked and didn't solve the problem either. They had a very bad attitude towards customers and didn't care at all. This was a very bad experience. We will never stay at this hotel again.

Great clean rooms, great location and wonderful breakfast

Right next to "Jazz on the Green, Omaha" is sweet!

The Element is clean and quiet. The adjacent parking garage makes parking easy and accessible. I have stayed here many times and have never had an issue with cleanliness. The place is consistently spotless. It is quiet and peaceful in the evening. The breakfast is awesome. The cost is generally lower than many other hotels in the area. You really get a nice hotel for your buck.

Property was exactly as advertised. Room was comfortable and the extra kitchenette came in very handy. Breakfast was delicious with the build your own omelet station, and the happy hour and tea time were a very nice touch! Good location with restaurants walking distance and easy access to downtown just a few minutes drive away. I will definitely stay here again.

This was a hidden gem of a place to stay! The room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I was disappointed with was the hall carpet on the 8th floor. It was stained and desperately needed cleaning. Other than the carpet, what a wonderful place to stay in Midtown Omaha!

Overall it was quite good. Parking was about 15 a day in a garage immediately adjacent. Room was clean and well furnished. Breakfast was solid, regular hotel hot breakfast fare (scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, waffle maker, etc). Gym was nice, with several weight machines

Breakfast was very good, good variety

The availability of rooms, the type of rooms, the lack of controlling your room temperature, the fact that our rooms did not get cleaned or fresh towels offered daily, and the inconvenience of the parking garage bar code scanner were my least favorite parts of my stay here. After all, our friends and family brought business to this hotel for the wedding and not once did the staff show any gratitude.

Had to pay 15 to park a day did NOT see that on booking website that was no good in my Mind should be disclosed before book it

Room was very clean and organized. The breakfast was amazing and way more than I expected it would be. The bed was comfortable. The deadbolt lock on the room door would not work properly. When checking in the front office person told us all about the complimentary happy hour when we arrived at the hotel at the check in time of 3pm. She explained there would be beer from a keg and two kinds of wine. When we arrived at happy hour, none of the keg beer or either wine choice was working properly. They did not seem concerned at all and offered a few hard apple ciders and high noon cocktails out of cans. It was fine, we still had some of happy hour, but there was never an apology of the keg beer or wine that was promised not being offered and the machine being broken. A suggestion would be to explain that when the guest checks in and explain that there will be other offerings at happy hour due to the current offerings being broken.
