Room was spacious and clean. The breakfast had a great build a breakfast sandwich station, along with a lot of other options.

This room was just what we needed. The bedrooms are big with a full bath each. The living area is very comfortable and the kitchen setup with a full sized table was awesome. The pool was small but clean.

We stayed in a 2 room suite. The main bathroom shower had plently of water pressure while the en suite to the other bedroom had zero water pressure it was literally just falling out of the facet. We tried what we could and nothing worked. The king bed was super uncomfortable - a week later and I am still dealing with back pain from the bed. The ice machine on our floor was not working. Pool area was always super hot and a few times there were no pool towels available. The breakfast offered was ok - nothing special. But our room served its purpose of having a place to rest and sleep.

No luggage carts to bring items from your vehicle to/from your room. We where told there where only 2 carts for the whole hotel, which is unheard of in such a big place. Come on management, I am paying a premium price plus paying for parking not to be able to use the luggage carts that dont exist. Just unimaginable for a Hilton property. Get your act together and get more luggage carts.

The hotel itself was good. But the location was terrible. There is only one road open to it and finding it was challenging. They also charge for parking

The elevator broke while we getting our stuff so we had to lug all of it up 4 flights of stairs. The ice machine on our floor was also broken. The room itself was absolutely perfect! So much room and clean. The only “issue” there was no shampoo/soap in the dispenser. Would stay again, but they need some maintenance done to fix the issues.

We showed up at 3 pm check in time and our room wasn't ready. We were told 30 min to an hour. We went exploring and came back around 5pm. We had to wait an additional 20 min to find out our room was finally ready. One elevator was out of order and the other quit working later in the evening. The hallway had an unpleasant smell when coming off the elevator. Also the ice machine was out of order. If you are pretty chill about minor inconveniences it is okay for the price. If you just need a place to rest your head for the night I would say it's okay. The bed was comfy and the staff were very nice and pleasant.

An extremely nice stay. Only complaint I have is the hallways were EXTREMELY hot no air flow whatsoever. All though they did have fans going trying to resolve the issue. On the bright side our room was very cool and comfortable. The pool room was also extremely hot but giving it was 100 degrees outside and the sun shining through the big glass windows it was understandable. Will definitely be back!

The family suite is massive. It was very nice and clean. I would definitely book again.

Clean room. Seemed understaffed and not ready for the baseball crowds. Staff did a great job adapting to lack of support.

Clean and convenient! The weekend I stayed was rather expensive.

I forgot to pack my cell phone charger and they wanted $50.00 to send it back to me???

My stay was wonderful. I love how spacious the room was.

Staff was helpful. Room was pretty well kept except the toilet seat was broken and the faucet in the bathroom sink was loose and didn't shut off well.

It was close to UNMC. It’s off a busy street. The entrance has no where to park to check in. You walk in and are greeted by a shot of toxic perfume air. I’m dragging my oxygen bottle and fragrances can literally send me into an hour long asthma like attack. There was no signage of where to park— i see 2 flights of stairs, no elevator. WTF? I also have a 50 pound oxygen concentrator that needs to go to my room. I am panicking. We call and find out the garage door next to the entrance will open into an underground garage with an elevator. Why was there no signage on the entrance about where to park or that you enter from the garage? Other than that , it was an okay 80’s decor with terrible bedding and that toxic perfume fragrance i had to breathe all night before seeing my pulmonologist at UNMC for my terrible lung disease.

The breakfast was ok but they did not replace food in a timely manner. Many items were gone as more people were coming. Parking was very convenient.

Everything was good but our shower head was very week and the breakfast was ok
