The family suite is massive. It was very nice and clean. I would definitely book again.

Clean room. Seemed understaffed and not ready for the baseball crowds. Staff did a great job adapting to lack of support.

Clean and convenient! The weekend I stayed was rather expensive.

I forgot to pack my cell phone charger and they wanted $50.00 to send it back to me???

My stay was wonderful. I love how spacious the room was.

Staff was helpful. Room was pretty well kept except the toilet seat was broken and the faucet in the bathroom sink was loose and didn't shut off well.

Other than that , it was an okay 80’s decor with terrible bedding and that toxic perfume fragrance i had to breathe all night before seeing my pulmonologist at UNMC for my terrible lung disease.

The breakfast was ok but they did not replace food in a timely manner. Many items were gone as more people were coming. Parking was very convenient.

Everything was good but our shower head was very week and the breakfast was ok

A good hotel with pleasant staff. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise—a really good breakfast.

Pool was being repaired during our stay. I seemed their weren’t enough staff for breakfast because they kept reuniting my out of food and the entire eating area was messy. Out fold out couch/ bed in our suite was broken.

This was a great hotel centrally located. Very clean

Staff was courteous. Room was clean and comfortable. There was no notice of a fee for parking in their garage. Pool was closed and option was to walk across street to another hotel while it was raining/storming. Elevator out of service caused delays.

The only thing I did not like if you stay more than a couple days the Breakfast was the same thing every day,

The rooms a very beautiful very comfortable beds the hotel is very nice and the staff was amazing Well sadly the pool was out of order under and sadly that was the reason why we booked the hotel by the transplant hospital so we could swim and get into the hot tub breakfast needs a lot of work the chicken patties undercooked and cold but other than that besides those two things everything else was wonderful

The blackout blinds! The customized Screensaver with my name welcoming me there. The pillows could be more comfortable. Didn't feel like there was any neck support.
