Nice hotel close to UNMC and shopping/ dining. Easy parking and very comfortable room.

Great location for our visit, my wife's doctor was literally across the street. Not a lot of parking available.

Everything was excellent except front desk lady was rude. Also just to let everyone know there is a $20 parking everyday.

We travel a lot and this hotel has to be the worst we’ve ever experienced in terms of hospitality and customer service. There is an obvious management issue where staff are poorly trained and the hotel is even understaffed at times. Another lady and I waited for someone at front desk for almost a half an hour with no one to be found and we even called the front desk while standing there and heard the phone ring to the back with no one to answer. The bare basics of hospitality were lacking with no apologies when something was wrong or missing. All the guests we came across were astonished at the noticeably poor customer service too. When service is this terrible across the board, it points back to a poor manager. This hotel has potential to be great.

The hotel was new and beautiful! The rooms are clean and well maintained. The buffet breakfast was great with a lot of options.

It was very clean and well cared for, and despite a lot of construction around, it wasn’t too difficult to access. The garaged parking seemed insufficient for the amount of rooms, and there wasn’t much street parking available.

New clean Location a bit sketchy. I think room cards should open and close the garage and more security of front door at night. Room key access or phone to call if no room key.

We found the Hampton Inn at UNMC met our requirements very well of location, safety, cleanliness, smoke-free environment, comfort, helpful staff and good breakfast.

Property was very clean and had great amenities. The pool was average but enough room for multiple families to enjoy. And the fitness center had everything for a good workout, with dumbbells up to 75lbs. The room was very clean, modern and accommodated our family of 4 very well. The staff even brought us a box fan, which I didn’t even expect them to have. The only downside, which isn’t the hotels fault, is the medical center is right next door and we heard multiple helicopters during the night. But I would recommend this hotel to anyone!
