we stayed 3 nights and our room was never cleaned and new towels and toilet paper. you could use a few benches out front to sit while waiting for the shuttle buses. the garage parking needs cigerette recepticles because there are cigerettes all over the floor. the tvs suck trying to get them on the live tv too.

The room was spacious and the bed was clean and very comfortable. The fitness center was simple but had a variety of equipment and the breakfast was well labeled and clean. The staff was helpful with directions and checked in with me during my stay. All in all an excellent experience and I would come back! Currently there is a lot of construction in the area that Google Maps does not account for, so call the hotel to get specific directions.

My husband and son stayed here while I had surgery at UNMC, it was so conveniently located to the hospital and made it a much less stressful event.

Was fairly clean. Our room had a high pitch whining coming from the vent non stop! They moved us to a room across the hall but it was 2 queen beds vs the king we had. The beds were very hard and the pillows were terrible. The breakfast was trash! This is the most uncomfortable Hampton I’ve ever stayed at, usually they’re very good.
