Location is great, very clean and well maintained, staff ok friendly

Everything about the hotel, breakfast & staff was wonderful! Our only complaint was the pet policy stated pet couldn’t be left unattended even if they were in a kennel unless we had a pet sitter. If you’re traveling where would you expect us to find a pet sitter just to come so we could go out to dinner for a couple of hours. We were not happy about this. When room was booked it had pet friendly for a fee. Never said they couldn’t be left in the room. Our dog would stay quietly in his kennel until we returned!

They really do go above and beyond for their customers...I came to them when my original hotel cancel my reservation ( without ANY notification to me) and they were unbelievably accommodating. Go here if you are ever in Omaha!!!!!

The location worked for our needs. The staff was great - everyone we came in contact with was fantastic, friendly and helpful. I appreciated that breakfast was included in the stay, but it was not served early enough for us to take advantage. The beds were comfy, the AC cold, and the 24 hr fresh ground coffee in the lobby was perfect. Although I didn't have time to take advantage this trip, the gym looked nice and had the basics I would want on vacay. Although the hotel can't control it, there is extensive construction on both sides of the hotel. There was no communication of this upon booking and that might've changed my mind. There was a parking charge from a 3rd party vendor that I was not aware of until we rolled into the parking lot. I don't remember that being mentioned at the time of booking either, but I may have missed it.

Staff was very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is great too. There’s a coffee shop and a book shop across the street.

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. Surrounding area immersed in noisy construction. Also, was disgusted by the surprise daily parking fees. Disappointing.

Pool was freezing.

The only decent thing about this place was the pool but the water was freezing. Our room wasn’t cleaned very well and the blinds did work right and all of the outlets and USB ports didn’t work. The parking was horrible.

The staff were amazing and it was just a great place to stay. Loved that coffee was available at anytime and the breakfast was abundant and good to eat. Pool was freezing.
