Room etc was okay, standards lower than a holiday inn though Cost was far to high for what was offered

Only thing we didn’t like was we had issues with our air unit.

Breakfast was nice. Hot and cold options. Really appreciated the coffee machine that ground, brewed, and poured your coffee individually. Nice to have that available around the clock.

Very poor water pressure in the shower. The tv didn’t work. Other than that, it was a nice, clean room.

Fast easy checkin, front desk lady was very nice Had a funny smell, guy at the front desk in the early evening was snippy with people, took forever to cool the room down to 70 degrees

Clean and good customer service Room that we stay, the door not lock and bathroom door also not lock, the building also moving when kid walking and running.

The Breakfast was good overall, but it needs more Vegan options. More vegan options.

Everything was very nice and clean

The maid service didn’t show up until late, 6:00 - 7:00 pm and once they left equipment in the room and forgot to replenish coffee once, and a couple of times didn’t make the bed. There a few small items of deferred maintenance which could be easily cured if someone paid attention.

The cleanliness was unacceptable. There was hair in the bathtub, rings of grime around the tub, mildew in the shower, smudges of dirt and filth on the walls, and the overall condition of the room made it obvious it had not been properly cleaned. We were so uncomfortable that I actually went to the store and bought bleach because I considered cleaning the room myself. Then I realized that’s exactly what we paid the hotel to do. The safety issues were just as concerning. One of the doors had two security latches that didn’t even secure the door properly, making us feel unsafe. The ice machine on our floor was filthy, and there was no way we were going to use it. We didn’t even want our children walking barefoot on the carpet because the entire floor felt unsanitary. We immediately reported these issues to management. They allowed us to check out early, but they have refused to refund the second night that we did not stay. Because the conditions were unacceptable, we had to pay out of pocket for another hotel. This hotel failed in cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and customer service. We cannot recommend staying here and hope management takes responsibility for these serious issues instead of expecting guests to accept such poor conditions.

The gentleman at the desk was very unwelcoming. The air conditioner was inadequate and the room had a musty smell.
