The hotel itself was kind of nice.It wasn't it's definitely maybe a two story star so the problem I had was, I paid a $130 for a room there. It was supposed to be a Jacuzzi suite. I was there with my wife for her birthday and they told me they didn't have any Jacuzzi sweets when I got there so it kind of ruined that whole part of her birthday then the room they put me in, was not very nice, so they moved in your rooms. Into another king, and then it still was not a Jacuzzi, and it's about 8 o'clock we go to lay down and watch some T, V, and there's no TV the TV doesn't work so then.\n A guy comes to fix it. He was very rude soon as he walked into the room, he told us there's going to be an extra charge for the decorations that I did for my wife, unless we cleaned them up and so I wouldn't have vacuum cleaning them up and he was still rude and he still didn't fix the TV I did clean up the decorations and asked him to come up and verify it. He did not want to do that. You did come back up and finally by 11 o'clock. The TV was working, so it was not a very good experience for me.I feel like the staff was not very helpful and kind of rude especially the manager.

The room we were assigned had visible black mold spots on the ceiling of the bathroom. The hot water didn’t work and the couch was extremely dusty causing my husband’s allergies to flare up. They changed us to another room but that room had a broken closet door and mold on the lamp. We finally got to our third room, only to find snack crumbs and hair on the sheets of the sofa bed. Breakfast was terrible too — the sausages and eggs were cold and coffee was nasty. I thought Choice Hotels had certain standards but this is the WORST Comfort Suites I have ever stayed at. Very disappointing and if they belong to the Choice brand, someone from the head office should check on this hotel as it does NOT meet the standard of other Comfort Suites.

Just keep looking. U truly get what u pay for! Several things broken..no stopper in tub to take a bath. I guess eating breakfast in the rm u pay for is a no no & the 6 month old carpet is a LIE!! My grandbabies came by to visit me so of course took off thr shoes & I had to clean & DISINFECT the black dirt off thr feet!!! Asked to be reimb ANYTHING from my 4 day stay & was told I was SOL so deal with it!

Overall staff were pleasant and accommodating. Main areas of the hotel were clean. The hallways and our room had a terrible smell to them. The A/C did not keep the room all that cool. The deadbolt was broken. The breakfast had very limited choices with many thins empt and the refrigerated items being more warm than cold. Pool room smelled so strongly of chlorine it was difficult to tolerate and the pool chairs were filthy.

We got there and the front desk staff looked like they did not want to be there . Got our key went to the room. They gave us a room that already had people in it. Went back down stairs to the front desk. Where they looked stunned that there was people in the room they gave us. They gave us another room. The room was nice and spacious. The pool was clean and clear. On the 2nd day key card wouldn’t work on the door. I had to go back downstairs to get it reset. The breakfast was lacking stuff.

Needs updating. Staff was helpful.

The breakfast was sufficient. The bed was comfortable. The pool was not working and everyday the staff lied about it becoming ready. Couldn't walk barefoot on the carpet. It felt gummy.

Smelled really strong of bleach. Front automatic door is broken so it stays open all day everyday. It does get very humid in the rooms after you turn off the a/c for awhile. No landline phones in the rooms either. Overall, rooms were spacious, breakfast is served (3/10 food) and although your room doesn’t get serviced you do get fresh towels!

The room was clean. Beds were comfortable.

Disgusting dirty run down hotel. Smelled horrible and fixtures falling off walks
-
Clean hotel rooms only problem we had was each night our room key didn't work and we had to go down an replace it.

The room appeared clean, but as we were packing up a bug ran from behind the desk; I dont want to know where others may have been hiding. Went to use the pool and it was dirty around it (looked like diaper stuffing or something like that on the ground) and there was mold all around and on the garbage can in the pool area. I'm glad we were literally just there to sleep and wouldn't stay here again.

Everything was nice and clean.

Pool was closed the first 2 days of our visit and is absurdly small for a hotel pool. It was eventually filled with freezing cold water, presumably from a water hose. The pull out sofa bed had a leg snapped off, which explains why it was propped up against the wall, and it also had a previous guest’s bottle of body lotion behind it. The floor was filthy and obviously had not been vacuumed. The carpet had rust stains and speckled spackle from repairs performed. Bathroom was covered in a layer of dust and was supplied with 1 spare roll of TP for a family of 5 for a 4 day stay. Asking for bath towels annoyed the heck out of the staff. If you have seen any memes about “the landlord special” that about covers what you’re in for. The only saving grace was the generous continental breakfast, proximity to restaurants, and central location within Omaha.

The room had a musty smell and our little when crawling on the carpet would get black hands and knees. The pool did not have any water in it until the last day of our stay. When my husband kindly asked questions to the staff they acted like it was a major inconvenience. We’ve stayed in many places, and we won’t be back here.
