La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Omaha West

No hot water in shower. No refrigerator in first room so we had to move. TV didn’t work. No other amenities in room. Poor maintenance outside. Breakfast ok.

The lamps in the room were not attached to the pipe in the wall and I was slightly shocked by the electrical cords.

Quick check in and a quiet and clean room!

Price, location, swimming pool was great. Breakfast was good. AC worked well. Motel being remodeled and generally in disrepair- fitness room closed for renovations. Should have mentioned these things on the reservation.

NO shower curtain, just liner, and water all over the floor. Refrigerator in constant state of defrost. Room dusty. Floor had not been swept. Think only one housekeeper, who was VERY NICE!

Old bathroom. Tub was painted.

Nothing There were bugs and the tv worked only if you used the big light

Safety was my biggest concern. We have a nonverbal autistic son who is prone to wandering, so a secure room was essential. The first room we were assigned was unacceptable. The top security latch was completely broken off, one mirror was taped together, and another was barely hanging on by a single nail. It felt like an accident waiting to happen. When I went to the front desk to request a different room, I was asked if we had used the bathroom yet, as if that somehow mattered more than my child's safety. After explaining the situation and being told it was a busy weekend, they eventually moved us to another room. While it was in much better condition, it still had a strange odor. Throughout our stay, the atmosphere never felt safe or relaxing. The hallways smelled strongly of smoke and other unpleasant odors, people were coming and going at all hours of the night, and there were frequent arguments and fights. I wouldn't have felt comfortable letting even my oldest child walk the halls alone. To make matters worse, dogs barked throughout the night, making it difficult to get any rest. The one bright spot was that the pool was clean, although getting into the pool area was frustrating because the key card doors frequently stopped working

Tried 3 separate rooms due to incleanliness and strange smells. Best room had a non functioning microwave and TV; cracked vanity mirror and mold all around the edges of the tub. Breakfast was minimal in that they stopped replenishing anything by the time we got there at 08:15. The staff was nice though I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Nothing but the pool Everything the first night the TV didn't work. They would not move us rooms there was mold in the bathroom they claim to be a caulking but it was not there was also hair on the shower wall and hair inside the bathtub. There was no fridge. The lamps besides the bed didn't work. The next day we get a new room and I asked them if we needed to move our stuff right away. They said no. When you get back they went in and cleaned up. Came back and my pillow came up missing. Also, they claimed they didn't go in the room but they did. The ice machines did not work. The credit card machines on the vending machine did not work. They were really rude and also the air conditioning went out and it took 3 hours for it to come back on and they did not have generators

It is kind of hidden from the roads hard to get to because of signage not available

Location and clean facility, good breakfast. Took 3 days to get help with the television.

Great stay nice people good staff and good breakfast

The staff were judgmental, racist, and very rude. I got kicked out even though I asked for a late checkout. I was rudely spoken to like I was a child I was disrespected to many time during this trip

This property was not satisfactory especially for the price and location.

Room was not that great. Front desk was unavailanle to check in. None of the soda machines worked and there was no ice. All.we we were told was , "Sorry" The vending machines looked scarce

Pool had no towels when we got there. And our keys wouldn't work to get in.
