Mayfair Inn Ontario Airport

room itself was meh. horrible staff. there’s a $40 cash only deposit i was unaware of, so i was forced to leave and come back with cash. No ATM on the property. They CHARGE FOR ICE. Which I’ve never heard of before but okay. No signal for the TV or Wifi, and barely had cellular. And the worst part. They refused to accommodate my disability and would not give me a room on the ground floor. And the room was non refundable so I couldn’t just go somewhere else. The stairs were super steep and the rail was rickety. Also they tried to steal the $40 deposit when we were checking out. Even for a cheap motel this place was pretty bad

Air conditioning not working correctly

To much light to the room .. needs better beds

Sheets weren’t clean had a stain on it. Shower had a hole in the wall, there were ants crawling, for the price I paid I definitely don’t think it was worth that price at all.

Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean.

The room was very clean, but it looks like a motel 6 on the outside. There’s plenty of parking.

No Netflix or prime video

Nothing

Everything was new Nothing

Great place

Clean Close to everything

The shower

Nothing There were lots of hair all over the place, towels were dirty! There fridge was full of hair! Toilet paper wasn’t enough! The place was so noisy! Near the train station and airport! Overall awful experience !

Good service

The room was nice and clean had good housekeeping and free parking would definitely recommend for a weekend stay with your partner.

run down, bathtub damage, pool dirty

There was a long black hair on one of the two white bath towels

Clean room with a fresh clean smell and staff was very nice and helpful
