Location was great .. close to UCF .. clean room … nice breakfast available

Check in was a very smooth process and there is a parking lot. They offer breakfast at this hotel. We had an incident with a leaking AC in our room and staff was very quick to accommodate us by moving us into a different room to ensure we had the best stay. We even heard a crew in the previous room the next morning making repairs, which shows they were handling it rather than ignoring the issue. We stayed for two nights and it was a pleasant stay thanks to the quick action of the staff!

2 things that can use improvement, - a bigger refrigerator - a better WiFi connection. The TV in the room I had kept disconnecting from the wifi and rebooting Other than this, my overall staying was great. EF

The place is exceptionally clean, staffs are very friendly and accomodating, and the lication is just perfect!! The only thing i didnt like is the shiwer, the pressure is so strong and water is just coming out solely in the center, but its ok

Staff was super friendly and helpful. I had no issues with the room other than the AC being off when I first walked in and the room being super hot in the middle of the summer. Other than that everything was amazing.

We didnt get a chance to use the pool but did use the gym. It was a nice stay. Comfy beds and nice showers and good selection for breakfast. Loved the coffee machine. My daughter went to the pool and it was nice. Definitely will stay here again if in the area.
