Best Western Plus Orlando East- UCF Area 

Not one to write reviews but felt like this one needed one. Hotel was very disappointing, while I wasn’t expecting a five star hotel, it felt very poor maintained. Smelled humid and mildew. The rooms were extremely dusty, to the point I had to wipe every piece of furniture. The bathrooms need updating and tub had rust marks. Keys didn’t work because power was out. Found a roach in the bathroom. Towels had stains on them. Again not expecting luxury hotel. It it should at least be clean and smell clean.

The hotel was very clean

My overall stay was pretty good. If you’re looking for some where to stay in Orlando that’s not an arm and leg, but still a nice place to sleep, stay here. We made it at 4am and had no issues checking in. No parking fees only had to pay incidental. We received the room we paid for, breakfast every morning and no problem parking late at night. There was no extra noise other than fireworks at night (4th of July). Only thing I didn’t like about the area were the tolls but that has nothing to do with this hotel. The staff were helpful when needed and very nice. The owner or manager of the hotel was nice as well. He was there our entire stay. A cleaning towel was left in our restroom but we just moved it to the side because it wasn’t a huge deal for us. The hotel isn’t the ritz of course so we didn’t come in with that mindset. It was a nice hotel, the elevator worked, doors were secure, hot water in the bathroom worked, no bed bugs or roaches were in sight, air conditioning in the room worked, and it was overall a nice stay. We will be staying closer to the outlets next time we’re in Orlando but if we ever have to choose this hotel again, we most definitely will.

Was great

The breakfast buffet served up cold, hard, leftover biscuits, along with room temperature gravy. Other than that, it was ok.

The AC did not work room rate of cigarette smoke beds were not comfortable at all toilet barely flushed and the water did not drain from the bathtub.

Parking for handicapped was placed well with respect to the entrance.

I’m so happy to picked that hotel. Big room, comfy bed, bathroom was exceptionally clean clean. This hotel it’s excellent!

Very convenient location near UCF with a lot of places to eat nearby. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and it was very easy to park every time.

Excelente ubicacion

I booked this hotel based on the reviews and the brand. I honestly don't understand how this hotel has a score of 8.0. the place is old, elevator barely working (4 person Max) yellow caution tape everywhere, the carpet is super dirty, AC in the room was super loud 🔊. Fan in the bathroom sounds like a train passing by. The room was spacious.

Facility was nice. Surrounding area was very loud.

Nice stay. Breakfast is simple. Would stay here again
