Holiday Inn Orlando East - UCF Area by IHG

The place was under construction when we stayed a couple months ago but it was still clean and the staff were friendly.

Very nice staff, clean and spacious room. The bathroom could be larger, the door doesn't open completely as it's limited by the toilet bowl.

I had forgotten my phone charger and my phone was dead. I was afraid I would oversleep and miss my flight so I asked for a wake up knock on my door at 7:30AM and they did that for me. Very helpful!

Staff was amazing! Room 608 had a humid musty smell … we think coming from the carpet. Wish the rooms were tile or hardwood floors.

Breakfast was not included with the room reservation. Everything else was great, but it is something future guests may want to be aware of.

Excellent place to stay … I liked the texting option when there were questions we had … and the breakfast in the restaurant was excellent choice

My room felt damp, and the bathroom drain didn't smell good. But the hotel is quiet.

Ice machine was out of order and there was a very funky smell coming from the hall it was in. Check in was pretty easy. I would say the staff is the highlight of the facility.

I like that it is very close to UCF. My room was on the third floor, and I didn't like that the hallway leading to the rooms smelled rotten. It was rather nauseating.

The location of the property was convenient and centrally located. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The lobby area and hallways were very warm and humid. Not really the property’s fault, but booking.com stated there was a complimentary breakfast included for two adults in the room, which was a deciding factor in booking this property. However, the breakfast is a buffet with is $15 per person at the hotel’s restaurant and was the quality of an average continental breakfast.
