Location and price is good. Nothing else. The toilet wouldn't flush. Microwave is old and needs to be changed. The entry door needs adjustments, I could stick my hand under it and you could see daylight. Blind was broken. The shower floor sits high and water could easily flood the bathroom floor. Not sure why you would have to step up a entire step to get in a shower. A lot of different people sit around the place and that made me feel uncomfortable. Not much of a breakfast.

Great stay

Room was clean but it smelled terribly humid in there. We stayed for 2 nights and when we got back home all the clothes we unpacked were completely moist....

Lets start with a quick n easy check-in, seems they have recently renovated the property, surprisingly the cleanliness and bathrooms are top notch for that price, I would definitely recommend staying here!

I honestly had such a great stay here!! The hotel has been newly renovated and you can tell everything looks fresh! My room was so comfortable and the staff was absolutely wonderful. I’m really happy with this hotel and would definitely come back again!

Very large gap under entrance door. With the hotel location right off a major road traffic noise was loud and intrusive. Traffic Noise level was high due to gap under door. Breakfast was dismal- consisting of repacked junk food. Coffee machine was okay.

I really enjoyed my stay here at the hotel, The hotel was clean, comfortable and newly renovated. The staff were absolutely friendly and welcoming, and everything was well maintained. Breakfast was nice, and the pool was clean. I would come back and stay for sure. Highly recommend.

The rooms are not clean. The floors are dirty. It needed to be swept. I think the rooms should be mopped after each check out. The faucet looked like it hadn't been wiped in a long time.

Did not have the breakfast The place was in poor repair. Stains on the floors and walls. Sink was glued together. The door didn't shut well, and the deadbolt was broken off. Phone in the room didn't work. I paid way too much for this place because it was UCF family weekend and other places were not available. I would not stay here again, it was gross. Thankfully, it was only one night.

There are 2 sections. We stayed in the back building. Our unit was near some kind of fenced in field and the janitorial closet. I will say it was a tad creepy at night. The room was clean, but with it being open to the elements, there was a minor bug issue, and some small bugs dead in the shower. The sheets were clean, and the beds comfortable, but the tile floors need to be mopped. The floors also make it easier to hear the upstairs guests (at 3AM). The room was big, but the bathroom is tight, as I saw mentioned. I appreciated the quiet AC, but the room seemed humid. We would consider staying again in the future if budgeting, but would request the front building.

Room smelled like there was construction being done inside, TV had no sound at all, coffee maker did not work and there was dead bugs inside on the floor as you walked in. Bathroom was tiny, I Would not stay in this place again.

The facility was average. Doors were hard to close. Floors were not clean. Could see through the base of the room door. Front staff generally nice

Stay was great and peaceful. There is a nice pool but I didn’t use it. Front desk staff was very nice as well.
