A good hotel, prime location for most people coming on UCF side of town. Clean, well maintained, good behaved staff and decent breakfast. Everything works perfectly in the room, which is the general goal of every Holiday inn hotels. Not sure if a slow elevator has a purpose but that one thing should improve, it is slow and noisy.

The Breakfast was Great! The Suite was Great! The problem was the upkeep of the toiletries. You all knew I had 5 people coming and only provided for 3 people, that part was very frustrating! That's all
