WoodSpring Suites Orlando East UCF

Upon arrival & duration of regretting of being their. Checking-Out gives the atmosphere of might as well not being there. Moved to Holliday Inn (excellent breakfast options) Express.... not only are their rooms excellent... customer service are lesson the staff @ WoodSpring Suites to be desired!

Clean and friendly atmosphere. The staff was always welcoming. Nothing at all.

I liked everything. Booking.com charging extra taxes.

The room was decent. Bed was comfortable. Only complaint was not enough towels per person. I would stay here again.

The only problem I had encountered was the last two days of my trip there was no hot water!!!!! I did not enjoy taking a cold shower it wasn’t pleasant. Then had the nerve too charge me $7.95 for WiFi as I was checking out. Where’s the great customer service? I was expecting for the hotel to waive the fee of the WiFi for the inconvenience of not having hot water for two days NOW that would’ve been Great Customer Service!!!!

There are several good food options within walking distance , as well as a Winn-Dixie where you can buy groceries and cook a meal in your room . Very nice place and I will return !!!

This place was very new.Beautiful;full refrigerator, microwave, and mini stove .

Kids upstairs ran from one side of their too to the other till they went to bed then started again at two am. Ugh

The place is for long term. Lots of drug abusers loitering around. I must have missed extended stay. You have to take your own trash out. Smelled like lab work. Slept fully clothed. Never, ever, ever again. Would love to have money back.

General manager was great! Professional and personable. Property was clean.

However, I thought this place was over-priced ($156) considering there was no breakfast and no pool. I didn't realize until I checked in that this was a bare-bones extended stay place with no amenities other than a small fitness center. The front desk agent acted as though it was unusual for someone to be there for only one night. Mostly my fault for not reading the description before I booked -- I just assumed that most hotels at this price point would offer breakfast. Even hotels in the $100-$125 range offer breakfast and a pool.

Super clean property and room. Quiet. Spacious. Modern. Only flaw was the bed frame. It was a pretty flimsy metal railing that moved around more than desired while sleeping. Otherwise, great stay.

It was very clean I told the staff that the A/C wasn't working in my room. And I was told the will put in a ticket and send maintenance. But the entire 3 nights I was there it never got fixed and I wasn't offered another room. It was warm in my room. Also they only have 2 ironing broads and iron in the entire hotel. So I had to wait until the next day to use the iron. Also they advertised breakfast included but woke up and went to the lobby only serve coffee.
