Very good

The hotel is good with new amenities however the poor front desk spoiled everything. They are training people some of them lack basic courtesy and hospitality. They behave in a way saying " why you are here? Don't come to us for anything thing, this is not a hotel but extended stay facility".

The room was so overly humid that pools of water were actually forming. When we went to the front desk to tell them they said someone would come to see what is going on. We spent two days going back and forth to the desk to ask for maintenance and no one ever showed up. Room definitely was not cleaned properly before we arrived, there was used soap in the shower, dirt and crumbs on the floors and hair everywhere. Room also had an odor of wet dog but that may have been from the room being so moist. And lastly, the characters coming and going from the hotel definitely were quite worrisome the whole weekend, sketchy is an understatement. When we checked out and reiterated our issues they stated there was nothing they could do because we booked through Expedia. Needless to say, we will not be staying there ever again and we will most likely never use Expedia again because the hotels can’t do anything because it wasn’t booked directly with the hotel.

The staff were great the hotel over all was nice, the only thing I am very disappointed in is that when I was doing the search Hotels.com states the hotel had free breakfast but the hotel does not have a free breakfast or a breakfast at all. I’m am very disappointed since that was one of the items I requested to have. Hotels.com failed me again.

Leah is amazing! For a newer property they have issues. One week no hot water. Another week grass hasn't been cut. Then no elevator, and when we were leaving they had no water. Pretty on the outside, but just not cute overall.

While we stayed there, we experienced no hot water for over a week, and suspect people. But the staff, especially Leah, amazing!

Brand new Hotel. Our room had a large full-size fridge microwave and electric cook top for an extended stay. The beds are very comfortable.

The property was clean and new. Staff was great, bed was comfy. Ac was very cold,so we had it off most of the time. All the basic things were good, nothing fancy. Originally book this for one night to check it out and after inspection, decided to stay the extra 3 nights. This is the 2nd night. Will stay here again, price is right.

Upon arrival & duration of regretting of being their. Checking-Out gives the atmosphere of might as well not being there. Moved to Holliday Inn (excellent breakfast options) Express.... not only are their rooms excellent... customer service are lesson the staff @ WoodSpring Suites to be desired!
