Good location for a visit to UCF. A little dated and bathroom had a bit of a funky smell

The room had a terrible smell. The bathroom was moldy and fixtures rusty. AC did not work properly and nothing was done to fix it.

It was a nice clean hotel close to the UCF campus

Strong odor of Mold in the rooms, bugs, and stained sheets.

All rooms smell terrible like mildew. Possibly black mold!! Very unhealthy conditions. Left after the first night even though we were booked and charged for 2 nights. Offered no compensation for the poor unhealthy conditions

The staff, specifically Andrea at the front desk, was fantastic. Super friendly and helpful. The king deluxe room was a great size with a seating area. Great for a long stay. The room had a bit of a musty smell, didn’t ruin our trip, but we did buy some air freshener. And the shower was just eh, not great water pressure and took forever to get hot. At first I thought maybe we didn’t have hot water at all. But it eventually did heat up. Underwhelming shower though after a long hot day. With that said, I would still choose to stay at this hotel again when visiting my student at UCF.

Everything was as expected with staying at a Hilton.

Phone in room didn’t work and shower had no hot water, called front desk from personal phone and they offered to send maintenance but guess they didn’t mean during our stay as no one showed

We always stay at the Hilton Garden Inn because the location is close to my family and they are always friendly and welcoming to us. The rooms are always clean and shower is nice.

I like that it was close to the university. And it was really nice and clean and staff was friendly.
