Damp smell during the whole stay...cockroach in the room (killed it myself) and final day I noticed mold on the small foyer wall! I notified staff on check out that the room was hazardous to staff and guests and should not be reserved until remediation is completed.

Everything was great the room clean the shower pressure was best I've ever experienced but the gym was a little weak but that's expected

Parking was easy. We didn’t have breakfast

Awesome place

Megan at the front desk was amazing.Extremely helpful, and very courteous! Unfortunately the lady who came in shift right after Megan, was very unhelpful and I literally stood at the front desk for at least 2 minutes before she even realized I was there and acknowledged me because she was so busy in her phone doing God knows what.

Evelyn was bartending. There was an individual who showed up randomly and was causing a scene. She handled it professionally and communicated to other team members to regulate the situation. Great personality and John and Eric came to assist. They also done great job. Very key members of staff. I come to Florida for business in regular basis. First time staying at this location and next time I book I will be booking this hotel specifically again. I would give detail of the individual stating that caused a scene but honestly it was beyond words suitable for just anyone to read. I would definitely discuss this with the staff and ban that individual from staying at any Hilton hotel. Any one else, I confidently say the situation would have gotten out of hand very fast and the only reason it didn’t was bc of those 3 team members! And Evelyn was the reason it all flowed the way it did and the rest responded bc of her leadership.

But the rooms and the beds are smelly The spa and the pool area has no hot water and has broken lights exposed inside the spa

Better check your credit card statement after your stay. Got additional charges for room water and the charge was not supposed to be on my card. I didn’t even touch the room water, and they said it’s based on the list housekeeping provided them.

It’s ok for a quick visit. Rooms had a humid odor.
-
It’s a Hilton and it was all about the extras. An ok experience.

I am a wheelchair user and I had my small dog with me. I made this clear when I made my reservation and paid for the room. All was fine until I tried to take my dog outside. The door outside was close by and all was fine until I tried to get back in my room. The door opened into the room and I tried to back in and the door was too heavy. A passerby helped me but with that knowledge I only stayed the one night. I would appreciate a refund of my second night. I understand the reason for the heavy steel doors but unless you are in a wheelchair you cannot understand. I made the front desk aware. Also they don’t have “room service” for meals. You go to the onsite restaurant.

Location, friendly employees I didn't like the bathroom; the shower needs remodeling. Also, the hotel hallways lack air conditioning and have an unpleasant odor—I think it's due to the carpet and the lack of airflow.
-
It was close to campus & well maintained

It was nice.

Nice, clean hotel. However, the chef didn't show up for work, so breakfast items were not available othet then the buffet. I'm assuming that was just one unfortunate case that will be promptly addressed. That said, the staff was helpful.

The lobby was clean, staff friendly. The first room smelled of disgusting mold odor. Got another room assigned and still had a slight stench. The sheets had an odor too. Rooms need to definetly have the carpeting pulled out and ac ventilation updated. Will not stay again.

Andrea at the front desk was awesome! Half the plugs didnt work. The air was also testy. Was very cold on arrival. It was very hot when returned in the evening and never fully cooled off over night.
