I personally would not recommend this hotel to my friends and family...sorry to brutality honest.

The worse experience that i have on my life. I don’t recommend it Experian company for nothing. Two times I try this company both i just wasted my time , the first one I try to rent a car on another country, i did get the booking and confirmation number and when I went to the rent a car to pick up the car , no reservation was inder my name , they gave back my money and on this second time same history I went with my family to a hotel i rent with them and same thing happened, no reservation under my name , was almost 1 oclock on the morning and we have the graduation of my older son at 9 o clock that morning.

The room was clean,air conditioning work good,nice staff.

Rooms were clean, but the dresser was broken and the showers had terrible pressure (the water was hot though, I’ll give it that.) Fresh pipe in the hallway, people laying out in the halls between rooms and the manager warning us about people breaking in… Definitely wouldn’t recommend to the average person haha

Affordable rates, I travel for work so price range works out great,rooms very comfortable, 5 channels of sports so im good,

There was no maid service, no ice machine on the property, not one thing supplied for the kitchenette for example: coffee maker, toaster, dish soap, ice cube making tray for the freezer. It was noted that there was no utensils like pots and pans and flat ware. the furniture in the place was very used, you wouldn't be able to give it away at a yard sale. We managed alright, but I wouldn't stay there again.

The room I reserved wasn't available so I had to change to a room that didn't fit. The entire area smelled of cigarette smoke. There were tenants that just stayed outside all night and were loud. Luckily I was only there for one night

The noise level was unacceptable. Guests were constantly slamming doors, talking loudly in the hallways, and making noise at all hours, making it nearly impossible to relax or get a good night's sleep. The parking lot was also filthy and gave a poor first impression of the property. Overall, the hotel did not provide the clean, peaceful environment I expected. Unfortunately, I hated every minute of my stay and would not choose to stay here again. I hope management takes steps to improve the cleanliness of the property and enforce quiet hours so future guests have a better experience.

This stay was pretty much as expected for a budget type extended stay hotel. The building appears fairly old and could use some renovation to be more modern and aesthetically appealing, while the suite served it's functional purposes fine, with kitchen appliances and TV working, no visible bugs or dirt/stains, etc. It wasn't noisy and check in and out was smooth. While the hotel had stated toiletries aren't included the suite did have some towels and soaps in the bathroom. No luxuries or regular room service but if you just need a decent practical place to stay this hotel seems good.

Horrible place My room key stopped working when I got back around 2:00 a.m., and since the front office was closed, I had to use the outside “Batman phone” to call security just to get into my room. Once I finally got inside, I killed five roaches. I had seen recent reviews mentioning roaches before booking, and unfortunately, those reviews turned out to be accurate so I end up going to a different place to sleep

I really enjoyed having the kitchen that was so useful.

The towels, and the email

It has Landry room and that’s it. The studio was so nasty and small and the dumpster is always full to the top that you have no room to throw the trash away so you have to put it on the floor. Roaches everywhere!! The area outside is nasty and so many rude people!

It is like home away from home..you have everything there..The location is good , and the staff is very nice.

Nothing, I left the room was horrible I could not stay there The room had a bad odor, the tv did not work, and there were roaches in the bathroom

The staff was great, including the office during check in and the property maintenance that helped me early morning to check out before the office opened. The property itself is decently maintained, considering it's an older property. Has a fridge, sink, and microwave in the unit. Cleaning could have been a little deeper/better for the bathroom. Pricing was fair and matches the unit. Overall 4/5 for me and would stay her again in the future.

Roaches everywhere 😞 neighbouring room smoked and you could really strongly smell it.
