Clean, clean and clean. The mattress could be better

I would NOT recommend this property to anyone! Simply awful! All rooms smell either like smoke or mold. When you enter the lobby, it immediately smells like mold! It is very dangerous to breathe that! Also, the property didn’t feel safe due to the type of people who’s stayed there. Toilet didn’t flush well, the door kept getting stuck. I spent only a few hours there and left without actually spending the night due to the reasons mentioned above.

You get what you pay for. Very noisy at night.

Room looked like it had not been renovated in 30 years. Mattresses sunken in the middle, pillows looked very old, nightstand had ragged edges where it was missing trim, room did not look clean. Staff suggested where to park to keep an eye on my car for safety, which was the opposite of reassuring. I opted to eat the cost of a night, cancel the rest of reservation, and immediately booked another hotel room and left.

Property is a mess do not book a day there. The room full of love bugs, the fridge sound was loud. We just see the room and stat there for 20min while a looked for another hotel. Terrible

They cancelled my reservation w/o prior notice. According to them there was a filtration problem and the hotel was booked.

Location and price Smell like marijuana and cigarettes all over the common areas, the room had a disgusting smell, water in shower was cold! People outside were losing and fighting

Bugs in the room all over the floor and shower , dirty sheets and towels , the room smelling like smoke and when they were power washing the upstairs the room was flooded with water

I did not unpack, use the room, or stay at the property. I immediately left and had to find other accommodations because I was not comfortable having my family stay there. I am extremely disappointed that this property was presented in a way that did not match what I encountered upon arrival. Since I left almost immediately and did not stay at the property.

I would not recommend anyone to stay here. Bathrooms were nasty. Sink clogged up. saw couple of cockroaches crawling around. Window curtains were nasty and curtain rods falling apart. Room door handle was messed up hard to open door.

I personally would not recommend this hotel to my friends and family...sorry to brutality honest.

The worse experience that i have on my life. I don’t recommend it Experian company for nothing. Two times I try this company both i just wasted my time , the first one I try to rent a car on another country, i did get the booking and confirmation number and when I went to the rent a car to pick up the car , no reservation was inder my name , they gave back my money and on this second time same history I went with my family to a hotel i rent with them and same thing happened, no reservation under my name , was almost 1 oclock on the morning and we have the graduation of my older son at 9 o clock that morning.
