Budget Motel

Dirty,roaches, smelled like smoke.

It was alright for the price, since I just needed a basic place for the night. It didn't seem busy, so it was nice and quiet. The place feels pretty run-down. The window had cardboard over it, the shower didn't drain well or get very hot. I think they may be understaffed, because check-in was awkward.

WITH ALL THE LARGE BRAND HOTELS BOOKED FOR A CONVENTION THIS WAS ONE OF THE LAST OPTIONS. EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT WAS DUE TO SUPPLY AND DEMAND. NOT FOR EVERYONE BUT IT WAS SECURE, THE BED WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE, AND PLENTY OF HOT WATER

The cleaning of the room was okay, but the area is dangerous.

The staff was friendly bit the room was not nice. Stains on the bedding which may have been older than me. I’m thankful for a working air conditioner and warm water. Tv was old and snowy. Overcharged because it was the only one available.

I would give this place negative stars if I could. Unfortunately we only had two choices on a hotel. One by the airport for $1500.00 a night and this place. So.... we were trapped!!! First of all it is in a very sketchy part of town with an 8 foot chain link fence around it!!! Room was disgusting! I walked around for 2 minutes in white socks and looked and the bottoms of my socks were completely black and hard feeling. The shower drain did not work. When using the commode you had to hold on as it rocked back and forth. The A/C did not work. When we called the manager to come check it, she stated it wasn't working because it was cool outside. HOW OBTUSE can you be!? The condenser was not kicking on at all and it was blowing warm air. I guess neither she nor her husband knows how an air conditioner works! We were too afraid to open the window due to the neighborhood. We even had a hard time getting a Uber/ Taxi to come to that place to pick us up to take us to the airport!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! EVER!!!!

It was a 20 minute walk from tinker Field, where edc is located. Other than that I wouldn’t say much. It had ac. There was no hot water in the shower, one of the day. It might’ve been a little warm, but other than that, it was cold, rest of the days. No shelving/storage for anything in the bathrooms. It seemed as though they didn’t sweep before we stayed. The shower wouldn’t drain, so it turned into a bath with other peoples hair within minutes of starting the water. There’s a shared microwave in the parking lot but the turn table doesn’t work. So I was worried about the safety of using it. Overall, definitely a “ budget” motel.

The room was clean, all staff was friendly and the location was perfect. Loved everything about this stay and am about to rebook right now!
