Convenient location and very friendly staff. Undergoing exterior renovations but did not impact our stay.

Stayed here with my daughter for a week and while it's not as luxurious as some resorts it was perfect for us and the staff was amazing! Great location for walking to site see and find delicious restaurants. They are currently doing renovations and updating the property but it did not impact us at all. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again!

This hotel will make any American feel like there in a different country . No one speaks English expect a few at the front desk . Now let’s talk about the rooms we stayed in . Room one all windows was covered with paper ( no view ) very uncomfortable ( I understand hotel was being updated ) . Ask to be moved to another room and this is when our trip went down hill . We were in room 308 in front of the elevator . All night people talking elevator dinging door opening and closing people loud talking right out front of our door . People was also using our window as there mirror before getting on the elevator . Blankets was ripped . And the breakfast was the worst . We checked out a day early . I do not recommend this hotel for American speaking guest they only cater to their Spanish guest . What a waist of a 9 day trip . Thanks a lot I will never stay here again

Conveniently located on Idrive in Orlando with plenty of eateries, entertainment, etc. Comfortable bed, but poor use of room space with an unnecessarily oversized bathroom and small area for bed and other furniture. While there was notice of property upgrades, pool area was unkempt with garbage strewn about in the morning from the night before. Would not return for another stay.

Everything was great. 20 minutes from the Disney parks. Close to alot of places to eat and snack and get coffee. They had a shortage of washcloths for some reason but that certainly didn't hinder our stay. Would stay again!

The hotel also offers a buffet breakfast for about $12 per person, although we didn't have a chance to try it. One thing to keep in mind if you're a light sleeper: the area is quite busy and can be noisy. If possible, ask for a quiet room, which would help a little bit. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

Great parking, friendly staff, clean rooms. I have stayed here multiple times. I would stay here again.

Needed extra towels in the room, we got them if we asked but would be nice to have more than 1 towel per person. Not enough towels by the pool
