Staff were helpful, friendly and service oriented. Renovations are underway due to recent sale. There is a need for them. They need more places to hang items in the room. Only 2 ice makers were operational.

Location and staff Rooms a little smelly

Staff were helpful as possible given the hotel is undergoing a major reservation. Rooms were updated and clean as a whistle. Thermostats are on the wall. The swimming pool was large enough to do laps! All but one ice machine was broken. The TV was incomprehensible, especially when under the ID of the previous, Spanish speaking guest. The outside aesthetics were lacking due to the renovation going on.

For the location and the price, it’s really unbeatable. Long hours for pool access and recently comfy beds. Great for a homebase while spending your days in the parks.

Great stay very close to restaurants and shopping

Had a great stay.

Water pressure in the shower was a little disappointing, but otherwise everything was great! My tv was broken when I checked in and they brought me a replacement immediately.

Under construction pool dirty in side room big but everything furniture old ugly so sad 😢

Location was really good for universal. Lots of restaurants only a short walk from the hotel. Really good air con and having a fridge and microwave was very helpful. Having to request a cleaner to clean your room.

Space room and renewed Ice machine out of service and house keeping let some dirt sink and microwave
