Need some work in spots keep up wise..had to switch rooms once do to roach..breakfast isn’t worth what they charge but other then that was good

Everything was great, friendly staff, clean place, quiet every night, perfect place to stay The only issue was we was next to the pool gate on the lower floor and the gate was being slammed shut every hour even until early morning. Just needs a noise reduction or something to keep the gate quiet during nighttime

Great location on international drive , huge room with 2 king sized beds, nice vanity area, fridge and microwave. Lovely pool area and complimentary coffee.

Is very to close to the universal parks and has a lot of restaurants close as well, the staff was very friendly and the room was clean.

It was very close to universal which was the focus of the vacation. The room was bit of enough to accommodate what we needed. It seemed pretty old and kind of “broken down”. There were all kind of things that looked beat up. For example there were fire alarms along the tops of walls that looked busted up, the elevator looked like someone had rode bikes around in it, and there were water catchers for AC that had most were overflowing. There were also some oddities with the room. We had the disability room which had a full walk in shower, but the design of the show was made in a way that caused water to be all over the regular floor if you weren’t careful. Also the floor wasn’t angled to cause water to pull towards the drain so there would always be a puddle of water in the shower when you went for your next shower. While this didn’t ruin anything about our vacation, it did make us what to prioritize being away from the room longer.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everytime I need information about sightseeing or getting around, they were very helpful with providing the nessessary details or recommendations. The checking in and checking out process was very quick and smooth. Only thing I taught they couldve change the bed sheets during 1 of our housekeeping request as we were there for 14 days.

It’s a very convenient location by the icon park surrounded by lots of restaurants. It’s clean, smelled nice, spacious and wooden floor. The front desk stuff is friendly. It was a great price! I wish there were a coffee maker in the room, but they had a free coffee machine at the lobby. I was happy to have a microwave and fridge. They also provide paper plates and plastic forks at the lobby. The breakfast was $11 plus tax so I didn’t eat it.

The room was spotless. Very clean beds and bathroom. The staff was very nice and quick with check-in. Breakfast is a separate fee but at only 11 dollars for a simple buffet style. You can't beat that. They have shuttles to theme parks. Only nitpick i have is the curtain not being wide enough. There would be a small bit that lets light in

For the money a very good deal, would love to stay again for sure Wifi sometimes worked and sometimes didnt, shower doesnt have a hose just a fixed head on the wall
