Don’t go there it’s terrible unless you want to be treated like a pig. I went there for 12 nights, they planned to clean the room 2 times only. I force them to do it 2 more times and they only did it once. If you have been there 2 years ago, things are completely different since the death of Harry Rosen the owner. Travelers, please don’t book non refundable because once you click send, you are doomed. They will make no effort to help you. They make you live like pigs over there. Please, be vigilant before you your money. One night I got back into the room at 1:30 AM , there was no towel for us to shower. The dirty towels and trash for 3 days were still in the room. They made the place a porcherie. You deserve better for your vacation. The manager, hotel manager, needs to get back to housekeeping to be retrained. She was a slobber when she was a housekeeper. I tried to make my vacation a success, but the bad image of that room is still with me. They’ve not receiving guests. That manager made it difficult to transfer me to one of the other hotels. I suggest that expedia stop sending people there until they verify the cleanliness of that place.

We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The hotel itself was quiet, beautifully kept, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent customer service throughout our visit. Overall, this was a great experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay!

Love staying at Your Hotel

Overall, the resort was nice value for the price. We did not eat onsite particularly because there were many food options in the area. We were there for 2 nights.

Excellent

The property itself is outdated.

Breakfast was a full buffet for about $20. However, there were very limited gluten-free options available. The dining room is not open for lunch or dinner. There was nothing extraordinary about the room, neither negative nor positive. Rooms all open to the outside, which means that one cannot leave drapes open for light, as any and all people passing by can look directly into the room from the exterior corridor. It is a family-friendly place, not surprising for a hotel close to the various Orlando theme parks.

Very good stay. Would have been nice to have room NOT facing the freeway to reduce the noise. at night ..... AND the hotel was not that busy so they had plenty of unused rooms
-
Service wasn’t as good as I expected. Had to call down 3 and 4 times to get supplies for the room like towels coffee bathroom tissue.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable

We got I. On Friday night late our room wasn't done, and the person at the counter did not chargey deposit which was another fiasco! They changed our rooms which this room was clean but the property is dated and old since ( was last there. Also Saturday after a long day at the a theme Park we came back to a room we couldn't get in, and when I called front desk they tried to imply we messed up the key cards before sending security to let us in the room. I will never stay here again if I cant get in the Plaza or the Other Rosen Centre I will not stay at another Rosen Hotel It was not a good experience at all!
-
The room was very clean, just a little smaller than im used to, but we were only there for one night, its perfectly located next to the convention center and the Pointe. Plenty of dining and entertainment options.

very nice hotel

Great place to relax after a day at the theme park.
-
Beautiful hotel with a perfect location right on International Drive walking distance from so many attractions, restaurants and life. Fantastic experience!

We rented 2 rooms, we were placed several rooms apart, not a big deal but both rooms smelled of dog. The rooms appeared clean but allergies were running rampant. The complex is very old in dire need of updates.
