I would stay here again. Clean, friendly and more economical than other properties in the area. The pool is smaller, but very clean. There is a fun little bar near the pool that serves food (think light meals and apps).

Rosen Plaza was undergoing renovations but they didn't tell us that when I made the reservation by phone. It was very noisy. Omar the manager and the security guard, I don't know his name, were very friendly and they moved us to a quieter room. We had issues with stale food at their take out grill and at their Starbucks but again Omar came through with a complimentary breakfast for all of us. I've been coming here for years and never had issues but I'm sure this was out of the ordinary and won't happen again. The only other issue I have is parking. At every hotel I've stayed at, parking is free. Rosen Plaza charges $29.00/day for parking!

Perfect place to stay for events at the Hyatt or Convention Center. Less than a 5 minute walk.

The only draw back was renovations were in progress so there was construction noise.

Excellent stay. Quiet room, comfortable beds. Everything is new in room, looks like it was fully renovated in the last few months with modern furniture and fixtures throughout. The late pool hours were very nice and I also made great use of the gym and food options downstairs. I would stay here again.

Hotel was perfect location for walking to restaurants across the street and CVS right next door. Parking on-site was easy and secure, although they tried to charge us twice even though it was included in our stay. Arrived 4:30pm and room still wasn't ready for (3pm) check-in, but they moved us to a different room and it was perfectly fine. The sink in our bathroom needs to be repaired. Water dribbled out. We were only there one night, so it wasn't a big deal. Otherwise, the room was spotless, the ac worked GREAT, bed was comfy, nice hot shower, and the entire staff was lovely. Delicious coffee at Java place downstairs, sat out by the beautiful pool. The snack shop is open 24 hours and had great options. For the price, this place was a bargain. We'd stay again!

Perfect location if you have an event at the Convention Center as the hotel is connected via a skybridge, so it was super convenient for us in that regard. We had a volleyball competition we were attending and it was great to be able to just walk over there each day. We enjoyed being able to relax by the pool after our event and unwind with some drinks once we were done for the day at the competition, and the restaurant by the pool was very good. Try the fried avacado. It's delicious and they did have a great variety of beers on tap, including two brews that are brewed specifically for them at the hotel. The staff was super helpful whenever we needed them for anything, so high marks there as well. My only real complaint is the lack of microwaves in the rooms, and the little fridges in the rooms are way too small. You can't fit a leftover container in them at all. Also, be aware that parking is $29 per day even if you're staying there. We thought it was free for guests of the hotel, but that's not the case. Be aware too, that if you pay with your personal card for parking when you first arrive, prior to being checked in, keep the receipt, because they will comp you for that, as the parking charges are charged to the room, and if you don't do that you could potentially be charged twice for that first day. Apart from that, I'm sure we'll stay at Rosen Plaza again if our athlete makes nationals again next year.
