Reviews

I really like that it was so close to everything especially the parks.

The staff was very pleasant to talk to, especially Gemima. She took time to guild my stay and understood my concerns. She resolved them with a pleasant tone. The rooms were excellent. Beautiful views I had of the Lake.
-
Terrific value - conveniently located for everything we did during our stay - downtown concert and Disney.

I traveled with my mother in law and 5 year old boy. The location was very suitable for families but could easily be for singles just looking for a relaxing escape. Having a restaurant, mini supermarket, pizza/ice-cream parlor, lots of pools and a waterpark among the many amenities was great! I woukd definitely go back again.

The stuff was nice.. but I was injured nothing was done. First night there Power out for eight hours no discount no recommendation of any kind. Also, they don’t provide information that they are not any restaurants on the resort. You have to Uber everywhere to eat. I was disappointed and I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Everything at this location was excellent

This stay was not what was expected. This is a timeshare that they try and get you to sign up for once you check in. The pools were not clean and full of bugs and you have to pay to use the water park and purchased food, which they were out of ice cream and what the kids wanted which they don’t tell you before you pay. If the day gets rained out you get no refund or chance to use the water park for another day. The staff were rude and kept calling to get me to change rooms that they alleged I agreed to while I was out with family, the staff that called were rude and arrogant and argumentative during the call. I would spend the money and stay elsewhere and wouldn’t recommend this property for any stay during your vacation. The parking is horrendous with to many visitors and not enough spaces.

There were a lot of big Roaches in the hallways and that scared me. There were no ice machines in any of the buildings near us, very limited parking, and a lot of the pools were closed even after the rain had stopped and the sun was shining. Driving through security for re entry and exit was also extremely stressful. The cars were aggressively honking at the security guard. The staff was very helpful and I did appreciate that very much. Over all my stay was ok but it wouldn't be my first choice of hotel.

Great location, service was ok , parking fors come first serve, had to park in another building one of the night, bit they have golf carts service if need to move from one building to the other, overall great for family

This was our first family visit to the resort, we will definitely return. The weather kept us from enjoying the water park amenities; however our room was very clean, location was great and the kids had a great time. Our balcony overlooking the lake was icing on the cake.
