This hotel is always clean and has friendly staff! And are always so helpful! And if you need something are don’t have enough you can always get more! Will continue staying here in short trips for sure!! They are close to both Disney parks and universal!

Friendly Staff The room smelled of mold, the floors were dirty, and it spelled horrible. I had to mop it myself. There was mold on the curtains and certain areas of the room. Wouldn't recommend it if you're not used to things like this. I was supposed to stay for a month, but I only lasted 2 days before moving to a different location.

Pizza box is thicker than the pillows they provided. Mattress was the cheapest I've ever seen... even worse the college dorm rooms... I've stayed at other woodspring hotels that had better mattresses and pillows. Property was quiet and clean but would not stay there again.

Stay away from this hotel, you get what you pay for. Hallways and room have an unpleasant odor. We had staff come in to our room while we were napping and then again two more times. Just not a good stay.
