Very Nice stay. Excellent buffet breakfast

My room toilet was way too short, and the AC was dripping water. Other than that. I enjoyed myself

The only good thing about this hotel was staff that worked the bar/pool area everything else was horrible I got accused of smoked becuase it was ashes on a balcony floor also had to literally convince them I had free breakfast with my stay as they wasn’t trying to let me eat also tried to charge me for parking because my driver was waiting for me infront every night of my stay for 5-10 minutes

Clean room, but the sheets were torn and we were only given 2 towels for a stay of 4 people. The pool looked a little yellow metering us from going in it.

Clean room. Nice staff. Nice quick hotel for a quick trip. Has a lot of restaurants and stores around hotel if you don’t want to eat at the hotel. Only thing that can be better are the pillows, they are terrible and super flat. Upgrade the elevators as well. Overall good hotel and nice pool.

First time staying in the hotel, my family and I loved it. Very family oriented ,we stayed for 4days 3 night we enjoyed so much.

We had two rooms. In one the bed sheet did not fit the mattress. The hotel was out of body gel in the showers. There was a white rectangle sticky substance on the bathtub floor. In the second room there were cockroaches in the room. We will not be returning.

We did get put into a room where there was no AC but they were quick to try and fix it, and when they realized they couldn’t, we were compensated for that one night! I highly recommend this stay and it’s great for families !

En realidad me fue indiferente, habian partes mas limpias que otras, en el area de la piscina las sombrillas de las mesas estaban bien sucias y deterioradas, las mesas igual, veo una exageración de dinero en tema de parqueo y fee de la propiedad

I had high expectations with this hotel, Sheraton is a hotel chain, but I'm disappointed. First they do not specify the exact cost of parking until it is successfully done in booking, second no one talks about the resort that is daily until I check in. The room does not have a microwave, the TV only accepts antenna. The air fell by itself, the floors were dirty as well as the balcony in addition to being super uncomfortable. The breakfast was excellent, the pools good. The room phone to communicate with the Front desk does not work, I had to look for the hotel number in the reservation and call from my cell phone. I won't come again.

There were dried blood spots on one of the pillows in my room upon my arrival. The pillows absolutely suck, and the plumbing seems to have hardly any pressure. The toilet would hardly flush.

Dedo and Yvonne were amazing! Great customer service, made me feel welcomed and at home.

We only stayed one day & it was awesome. We loved the fact that our room was located by the pool and bar. Our room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. The service was awesome, Deeno was so awesome for my wife’s b-day he gave us free drinks and he gave her a gift. We definitely will return here for our next stay.

Clean room air conditioning unit was extremely loud and toilet needed repairs to stop running.

I had an amazing time at the Sheraton. It was my partners first time in Orlando and it was one for the books. Clean rooms, friendly faces, and everything you need. It’s in perfect walking distance to Wawa, Family Owned and Chain Restaurants, Dozens of Gift Shops, and More! And if you were planning on just staying at the resort they have everything you need; Two Pools, Two Bars, A Restaurant, A Gift Shop, and a Coffee Shop! And if you were planning days at the parks they have the kindest staff to help you with ticket deals! We decided to go to the parks and it was less than a ten minute drive to epcot, magic kingdom, and disney springs! I definitely will be coming back to visit in the coming months! Great experience 10/10! 💖
