Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas, Lake Buena Vista/Orlando

Excellent staff. Excellent communication. Very friendl

That is a great place to stay in Orlando. Having a small apartment was so much better than a hotel room! We also loved the location and cleanliness

During check in I was informed there was an up charge for parking since I had my own vehicle with me which I was not aware of. Turns out not only was there an up charge but it was a charge for each night we stayed so it ended up being a significant amount. Then during check in we were talked into participating in their time share meeting. That ended up to be the most awkward encounter and it actually was so awkward it ruined the vibe for the rest of our vacation.

the complex was very clean. the pool area was also clean

Very lovely property, clean, quiet, safe area, near plenty of restaurants/shopping stores and polite staff. Definitely returning!

Love it be back

Nice

Main problem was staff not giving good directions on getting around property

Always a pleasure staying at Sheraton Vistana. Very relaxing and smooth check in process.

The costs was reasonable compared to other nearby facilities.

The condo I stayed in was very dated. Overall a good stay.

I love the location, price, and the size of the rooms. They could use softer bedding.

Super clean, helpful and friendly staff

I appreciated the close location to theme parks and shopping venues. The additional amenities offered were plentiful, but we didn’t partake in them because we ran out of time.

Exceptional

A perfect please to spend...

Friendly staff and large room

Rooms are clean, staff are nice

We love staying at this hotel! Clean updated rooms, great amenities. We've recommended this place to several friends!

Loved our room! Had everything we needed. It was clean and the jacuzzi tub was fantastic. The staff were friendly and the bartenders were great! The only disappointment was the prices at the market. Understanding there needs to be markup but some of the food and alcohol were over the top. The second day we did go to the nearest grocery store.
