10/10 recommend staying here! The 2 bedroom villa was very spacious with full kitchen, washer/dryer, plenty of supplies, etc. The service was amazing. I can't say enough how happy we were with our stay!

Big clean room! Comfortable beds and pillows! Clean bathrooms. Kitchen and dining area is huge and clean, close to everything and the property is absolutely beautiful. Loved all the pools. Can’t wait to go back!

Too much walking to get to pool and other amenities , activities , restaurants ,etc but the on site transport was excellent , you just had to ask to be taken somewhere and they took you .

Have stayed there before. Great location for families with a pool for each area of the resort.

The only minor inconvenience was that grill tools had to be “rented.” However, when we requested that the grill be cleaned, it was replaced almost immediately, which we really appreciated. The resort is divided into three different communities, each with its own pool, giving you plenty of options without feeling overcrowded. Plenty of parking space. 13-18 minute drive to the convention center depending on traffic. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back.

The pools were good and the rooms, the market was a little overpriced but the restaurants were good.

When we wanted to use the pool it was very dirty with a sort of milk color. The staff was nice though! The cleaning staff was kind and courteous. I enjoyed our stay but for the price I expected more.

The overall experience is great. It's our second time to visit this property. On minus side, checking-out time is set to 10:00 am. I feel it's bit of earlier than other places. It would be more comfortable if it's set to 11:00 am with grace extension to 12:00 pm.

The staff was absolutley everywhere on the property and extremely helpfuland freindly. They communicated daily through text anything we needed or asked for was taken care of in minutes. Best place and service ive ever experienced
