Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas, Lake Buena Vista/Orlando

Upon arrival the receptionist checking me in was not friendly and clearly did not want to be there. The pool was dirty every day except for the very last day. The sheets had blood on them.

Value for money!! A great option close to the Disney resorts without having to pay Disney Resort rates! Very spacious - the pools were EXCELLENT! A fantastic property that offers privacy and convenience just outside of Disney

Cleanliness needs to improve

Great property with plenty to do for the kids and minutes away from some great attractions.

This is really a good resort I didn’t regret in making a decision to carry my family there for vacation; it was epic. The pool was nice, the staff were very friendly, the property was clean and well maintained. Keep it up Sheraton

Your staff was second to none There was a particular lady in your lost and found department, we lost a Tablet which they found later this lady went out of her way to help the situation If l was the boss, l’ll give her a bonus Absolutely nothing

Surprise parking fee of $30 per night.

We had an awful stay here and will never return. The primary problem is management which views their customers with contempt. If you are lucky enough to have no issues with your stay, you'd want to return. If you have an issue the staff needs to handle, good luck to you. We arrived and found an ant infestation in our kids room. After calling a skeptical front desk agent twice, waiting 90 minutes, finally someone from engineering shows up. He looks at the room and says they need to fumigate. He made arrangements for us to move to another room. He was excellent, the only bright spot. It was an uneventful rest of the night in our new room. On our 2nd night, 30 minutes after our kids go to bed, the smoke detector goes off. We called and another staff member skeptic said that happens if you're showering or cooking, which we weren't. They send someone to check. While he's there it goes off again. He replaces one of the detectors, then one in the room next door goes off. He leaves, it goes off again. Comes back and replaces another one and then leaves. Fast forward to 11pm, one of the other detectors goes off. We finally figure out its the one in our room. Engineering returns and says they have no more replacements. So we took it down and put it out on the balcony. Success. When I complained, they offered 5,000 Bonvoy points. We had two nights with maintenance failures, and they offer the equivalent of 25% of a one night stay. Driving away customers is why their rates are so low.

We only stayed one night but it was such a nice room for a group that needs multiple beds & bathrooms. Washer/dryer, full kitchen, great seating and beds. We enjoyed one of the quiet pools, very warm, plenty of towels. The resort is large but offers shuttle service when requested. Only one resort restaurant was available that evening and it wasn’t really what we were craving. There are a few chain restaurants within walking distance, including a McDonald’s with play place, which my son absolutely needed after a long travel day. No additional hidden fees. There is a person to assist if you’re interested in becoming a member or whatever it’s called, but was not the least bit pushy . We paid the listed price and would absolutely consider it again.
