I stayed at both Sheraton locations in Orlando and everything is always worldclass!!! They constantly call the room to make sure you are enjoying your stay.

Always enjoy our stay at the Sheraton Vistana.

Some staffs at the reception are not welcoming or walm. We expected the apartment to be everyday without asking for it. The cleaners should be able to speak English a little. In all we enjoyed our stay.

Gated property with security guards.....felt safe... Huge property (on site convenience stores and restaurants and several pools) Large rooms overall... Full kitchen appliances... Full set of utensils, plates and cookware... Large dining table... Separate private bedrooms... Two televisions... Several windows... Strong shower spray... Firm queen sized mattress... Strong AC... Overall close access to Disney.... THE BAD Dated building overall... Rickety elevator....(is it moving) Dated rooms and furnishings... AC is noisy... Bathroom is cramped and tight... Bedroom is tight and cramped... Only a lamp in the bedroom... No ceiling fan in the bedroom but there is one in the living room... Slight pressure at check-in to attend a "Sheraton Vacation" pitch.....I did not see any mention of this on the website......any hint of this and I would not have selected this property....this is not a hotel property.....it is a "Time Share" type of property. Even at checkout there is another "Vacation Pitch"....they get you by offering you a gift at checkout...then the pitch. Overall now that a know about the property----I would not return. Nothing negative was experienced but there is nothing outstanding about the property either.. There are just too many other choices for hotels in the general Disney area.

Incredible property!! Everything you need is right onsite, rooms were unbelievably clean and perfect for our stay. This exceeded my expectations and I will be back.

Family Friendly and Clean Rooms. The stay was amazing, and will stay here again if and when I come to Orlando again. Many pool and restaurants on site. Many things to do in the area. We enjoy cooking one or two meals a day while we are on vacation, and we found the kitchen to be well stocked with kitchen tools. Loved our stay!
