Some items in the room need updated and replaced blinds and grout needed cleaned or re grouted other than that was perfect for the family

Everything is always great here. Only thing is Elevators to slow and not enough Elevators or one is always broken.

It was an amazing place to stay with the family. Everything you need is right there. I love it!!!

It was a great stay because I went with my family. But the bathroom has a dirty handprint on the wall the paper towel was used so I have to go to the lobby to request a new one as well we rent a room for 8 just 4 personal towels were available so one more time I went to requested the towel they throw it inside a plastic bag in the middle of the room. The refrigerator didn’t cool are food supplies till next day. So I had a good time but I’ll not coming back neither recommended

they charge an aditional 32 dollars per day parking

The property was nice but the room was outdated, I asked to switch rooms the first room furniture was very old and, stains on sofa furnishings were all nicked up, nothing like the pics, the second room was a little better, shower was outdated, tub didn’t drain, no rolls of toilet paper, only towels in one bathroom, tried to make breakfast there was no frying pan, toaster undid not work, had to hold down the handle to use it, baseboards were dirty, the pools were super warm was not refreshing at all, i wouldn’t book again, I was disappointed

Really fun experience to have with family and friends. The vibe all around is fun and welcoming it’s always a good to make people feel like they should have the urge to extend their stay.

The water park was one of the highlights of our trip! The FlowRider was such a fun experience and definitely something we’ll remember. The Lazy River was so relaxing—the perfect way to slow down and enjoy some downtime. And of course, the water slides were awesome! There was something for everyone, and we had a blast enjoying it all. Our 2-bedroom villa was another highlight. It gave us plenty of space to relax and unwind after our adventures and made us feel right at home. We also had fun exploring the beautiful property. It was almost an adventure just navigating around the resort and seeing all of the families having such a great time. We even spotted lots of little lizards along the way! 🦎 They definitely added to the Florida experience. Overall, our stay at The Grove was filled with fun, relaxation, laughter, and unforgettable family memories. From the FlowRider and awesome slides to floating peacefully along the Lazy River, we truly enjoyed every moment. The Perrys highly recommend The Grove Resort & Water Park for an amazing family getaway! ❤️🌴☀️ We can’t wait to come back!

Was not happy that had to ask for pots & pans, as well as more toilet paper, trash bags, towels etc. The tiles around the pools are loose & moving when walked on. The dryer barely heated & took almost 2.5 hrs to dry our clothes. The room was supposed to be 3 bdrm with 1 rm having 2 beds, which we did not get. There was enough room otherwise in the unit. The food & drinks were good.

The pools were far from our room my kids didn't like it we ants biting us that we had to move to another room there was just one bus taking you to the theme parks and u have to get a authorization from them to use it 😒

The only reason I would ever consider giving this place another chance is because of one employee: Miguel. He was the only person who consistently helped, listened, and genuinely tried to fix every issue we encountered. His professionalism and effort stood out far above anyone else on staff. Miguel is the best employee there — dedicated, kind, and actually willing to solve problems. The hotel is lucky to have him, and he’s the only bright spot in an otherwise terrible stay.

This places is ran down nothing like the 1st few time I’ve went. It’s seems to get worst and worst. Literally old mildew brown watery liquid coming up from the ground in every bathroom in my condo. Complained and received 98$ resort refund even tho I paid 1109 for 3 nights. Switched rooms. Same issue. This places needs to remodeled. I won’t b return after being a loyal customer for 6 years.

Would definitely come back ! Staff was so friendly and helpful and when I texted them got an immediate response and if not immediate then a pretty quick response within 20 minutes. Pool stays open late . They do keep you informed of any closures due to rain and when it opens back up they also notify you. They text you about daily activities you can do with the kiddos! We had an amazing time and already are planning to come back !

No one really did anything to fix it. Also our room had tons of broken things and it wasn’t kept nice unfortunately. Pay resort prices and desired fixed updated rooms.
