Good place to relax that has all the goods of the fancy hotel

Shuttle to the parks and options for dinning A lot of noise night and day n the east facing rooms. Tbere are many big air conditoning units.

If you're looking to be able to walk to the water park at Universal, it's great, but you'll need a bus to get to the other parks and the lines to get on the bus at peak times aren't pleasant. The fancy iPad remote control for the room didn't always work

Location a massive plus. Modern facilities and friendly staff. The first night (Friday) the rooftop bar was closed for a private event. Wasn’t made clear that surrounding hotels facilities were available.

The hotel is located in a great proximity to Universal parks , has complimentary shuttle and just 5 min walk to the Volcano Bay park . The hotel is nice and clean, the rooms were not super big but had everything we needed and were clean . The bath arrangement was convenient as the sink is separate from the toilet and shower The late dining options were very convenient as we came back late every day from the parks. The pizza at the lobby was very good ! And the Starbucks in the hotel was opening really early which was great to grab the coffee before the parks . We also used the self serve laundry room in the hotel, which was very convenient. The rooms were small size and there was not enough room to have the clothes in a convenient way in our 3 girls room. First room that we received was on the 6 floor overviewing parking lot and had horrible noise. After the first night we asked to move the room and were moved to the 14th floor on the same side. (two connected rooms) The noise was still there but barely noticeable, so we were ok with it

This is a fantastic property! So clean, affordable and close to the Universal parks. We walked or took the boat shuttle everywhere! The staff was friendly and helpful, rooms clean and comfortable and the pool area and bars were fab! We will be back!!

Love the fact that we had transportation to and from the parks without having to rent a car. Early park entrance was a plus and the staff are incredibly friendly. Would def stay again!

Good location, good food/beverage options, excellent staff interaction. The tablet provided in room was a plus, very convenient! Lack of available hot coffee options, having to purchase “plan” to access same. Not a fan of placement of sink area outside of bathroom, as well as awkward placement of toilet tissue holder.

They decor of the place was amazing! Very beautiful, the food was amazing Great location, very relaxing. Very peaceful, love it. I will stay here again.

Room should be replenished every day. Could definitely be cleaner. Staff were super I have to say.

Was amazing

Stayed one night after being at the sapphire falls next door. Not as big a pool but still good. Rooftop bar was very good and worth a visit. Likely to stay here next time we come.

Fabulous location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The open air bar and pool bar were wonderful.
