Great family experience!

Everybody was extremely nice & helpful, the hotel its self was very clean, the food was amazing. If your room is not ready they have a section where they hold onto your luggage for you until your room is available for you as well. The transportation to the parks was also great as well. The only thing that bothered me was how hot the pool water was. It was like taking a bath. Other than that I have no complaints at all.

Great weekend away. Hotel was so clean, close to the theme park and peaceful. Definitely felt safe traveling alone. I’ll be back.

Overall great experience. Rooftop bar was really nice as was pool area. Bar at pool was ok. Clean rooms overall. Our shower head wasn't great on pressure and fridge took very long to get cooled.

Very nice, and quiet. Great view, and convenient transportation to parks or City Walk. Roof top bar( the main reason to go), was overcrowded. Its open to the public and very popular with a young crowd. Otherwise a good choice to stay when in Orlando.

Everyone friendly . Some of staff were more helpful because some were seemed to lack the communication with us. Information that could have been helpful on first day didn’t get to us until end of second day by other team member. But would consider staying again ,but would like parking fee clarified. I was informed 30. Per day Kept car parked for 3 days and I was charged 145.00 to my card. Wasn’t happy.

very nice ambiance, lovely amenities, easy access to the parks, nice views, nice room. overall great stay.

It has fast elevators which is fantastic. The pool area could be improved with additional umbrellas and the plants around the pool need some pruning and water.
-
Very clean and well organized hotel. No issues at all our entire stay.
-
Everything was wonderful except the WiFi was very hard to use. Especially an issue since a college class needed to be worked on in the downtime.
-
Nice property and convenient shuttle buses to parks
-
Everything was well.

Awesome! You can take the water taxi at the resort next door to go to Citiwalk/Studios/Islands.

Everything was great. The staff was knowledgeable and polite.

We had a nice stay.. View from our room was great! I recommend a deluxe, very spacious with a wall of windows. Our room over looked the parks so we got a firework/drone show every night we were in our room around 9pm. Definitely more of an adult hotel, we were there celebrating our 20th anniversary so it was perfect for us... For the kids, pool was kind of small but clean and not to crowded, had a few games not a whole lot of things for the kids to do when at the hotel. The room was definitely the best part! Roof top restaurant was great too. Besides the hotel it was easy to get to citywalk and the parks, definitely recommend walking over to Saphire Falls I believe it was and taking the boat ride, much easier in and out than the bus. Busses were good too but bus or boat!? And if you have a car, there are great restaurants in the area, recommend Vito's Steakhouse pricey but worth it! 24oz bone-in ribeye!!! Brussel sprouts, thank me later!!!
