Air conditioner in the room didn’t work. We had a pool view and lost our pool view once moved to a different room.

The water taxi is providing convenient for traveler to the theme park. yet, if you do not go to the theme parks, there is little reason to stay at this hotel.

The water taxi made getting to the parks or Universal City Walk a breeze. The hotel was centrally located, making it easy to get to other parts of Orlando . A great mid level hotel at Universal. It would easily be a luxury hotel at other resorts. I’ll definitely return.

this was our third stay at the Sapphire Falls resort. The kids love the slide. The pool is beautiful. The staff is very nice. The kid sweet rooms are awesome. The kids have their own room, but you do have to share a bathroom. This is our go to place whenever we go to Orlando. A+.

Traveled with my teenage son; usually we stay at Disney resorts, decided to try Universal. Gorgeous hotel, maintained so well, so clean, staff is super helpful and kind. Beds and pillows were so comfy! The pool is awesome, and the gym is really great too.

This was a fun resort property, with a great pool area and even a sandy beach setting by the pool. You can order drinks from waiters who will bring it to you at the pools edge. Nice restaurant on the ground floor, and a free water taxi that will take you on a 10 minute ride to Universal City Walk and the theme park. Highly recommend!

The atmosphere, the staff and how close is to the parks There was a very bad smell in the corridor at 6th floor where we were located but we didn’t report it as we were out most time and the smell was not in the room.
