Very clean and well maintained. Really enjoyed our stay. The only thing missing was a better 'quick serve' restaurant. We went over the road to Aventura a few times as the food on offer was much better (plus it had a starbucks) I would definitely stay again.

Great location we utilized the water taxis daily. The pool being open until 11 was fantastic so we could go to the parks all day, have dinner and the do a night swim!

Everything was great, and the short boat ride to the park is very convenient. Room was clean and staff helpful.

We’ve stayed at Loews Sapphire Falls 3 times and love the convenience of the boats to get to universal. The Strongwater Tavern restaurant is really good! The Dutch company market downstairs has pretty much everything you need, the ice cream and doughnuts are delicious! Really good value for money. Overall really clean. Young kids seem to love the water slide. Pool is a good size

Staff very friendly, rooms good size and we were given complimentary parking and upgrade. The river boats, due to possibility of lightening the boats service had to be closed
