Universal's Loews Sapphire Falls Resort

Excellent ride at the boat toward Universal. Clean room and buffet breakfast the best.

The overall experience, including the rooms, open areas, pool & facilities were all excellent Nothing, no complaints, it was a fantastic experience

Enjoyed our stay, beautiful hotel and excellent staff! My only complaint is while waiting outside in the heavy rain for bus back to the hotel, myself and approximately 30 other people waited 40-45 minutes for the bus. I realize that the weather is no one’s fault but when everyone complained the bus driver was very dismissive. Other than that we had a great experience and would definitely stay at Sapphire Falls again

The water taxi to the parks was the main reason we wanted to stay at sapphire falls.

The staff was superb. So helpful and accommodating. Every single person I interacted with not only assisted me, but went a step above. Thank you. This made our stay. We will definitely stay again

Didn’t visit the dining but it was great stay

Everything was perfect. The only thing that we didn't like was the hostess at the Strong Water bar was rude both nights we stayed. I thought maybe she was having a bad day so Friday I left it go. But Saturday was the same. If you are going to eat their I suggest making a reservation .

I like everything about the property. The staff is always so welcoming and helpful, the amenities are great - can’t complain. Nothing. If I criticize anything it may be that I’d love to see a cheaper option for water - I use a refillable water bottle, and it’s just a pain to buy a water bottle rather than refill mine. An ice/water machine on each floor would be phenomenal

Great location. Hotel could use updating in higher traffic areas in particular.

The food options are slightly limited, however, there are load of options in Universal or on City Walk.

We stayed for 4 nights. It takes a little figuring out, how to get around the property. But it was very clean and nicely maintained. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The pool/hot tub/water slide were awesome. Water taxi and shuttle were great for getting to and from the parks. Early admission at the parks is definitely worth it! We didn't eat much on site, but we did dine at the tapas bar one night - food and drinks were fantastic for a nice sit- down meal (and they have a kids menu for the little ones). Very happy with our stay, and would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises!

Amazing choice for Universal first time visit. Only issue was that they didn’t provide a fifth sleeper bed when we paid for 5 people, the up charge for this was steep, Gorgeous rooms and so easy to get to the parks…
