Exclusive to guests staying at Loews Portofino Bay Hotel, Hard Rock Hotel®, and Loews Royal Pacific Resort. (Valid theme park admission required; select attractions. Not valid at Universal Volcano Bay or Universal Epic Universe.) Breeze into one of the Universal parks up to an hour earlier than regular guests with Early Park Admission* (valid theme park admission required; select attractions). A flat-screen TV and Keurig single-serving coffee cups are provided in all rooms of the Loews Royal Pacific Resort along with an iPod docking station. Club level rooms offer upgrades, including snacks and cocktails in the Royal Club Lounge. An Avis Rental Car desk and business center are available. The Gymnasium fitness center is included for Club Level guests. A volleyball court, 2 hot tubs, and transfer service to Universal Studios theme parks are also offered. We had a great stay we had 2 rooms; staff were very attentive and welcoming, we had breakfast at Starbucks on site as we wanted to get to parks early. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again. getting the fast passes for both parks was the high light and worth every penny for one night's stay.

Great on site restaurants, Starbucks, proximity to the parks. Water taxi was a breeze. Expensive for more than a couple days.

Hotel is beautiful. Shuttle bus was great. Early entrance and unlimited express made the main difference. Room was too little for 5 people. The lights in the bathroom didn't work properly. We asked the team 3 times to fix it but no one came...

Beautiful hotel with very comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Extremely convenient to go to Universal. There was really nothing I didn’t like about the hotel. The only downside is that it is quite expensive, although the price includes the Universal Express Pass, which definitely adds value to the stay.

We had ants in our room which we didn't see until the morning of check out. management was very thoughtful on comping parking and giving us free breakfast, but was disappointed we even had to deal with it and hope none made it in the car or to our home.

This Lowe’s property was nothing short of amazing from valet arrival to departure, staff from arrival to departure, kind, courteous very knowledgeable. Chef at onsite restaurant inquired of the outrageous stark order placed by my 7 year old daughter, he had to come over and see for himself. His approach and conversation spoke volumes on his passion for delivering top tier cuisine. Property has the best perks for universal visitors. I must say you get what you pay for! First visit and definitely will be returning.
