Exclusive to guests staying at Loews Portofino Bay Hotel, Hard Rock Hotel®, and Loews Royal Pacific Resort. (Valid theme park admission required; select attractions. Not valid at Universal Volcano Bay or Universal Epic Universe.) Breeze into one of the Universal parks up to an hour earlier than regular guests with Early Park Admission* (valid theme park admission required; select attractions). A flat-screen TV and Keurig single-serving coffee cups are provided in all rooms of the Loews Royal Pacific Resort along with an iPod docking station. Club level rooms offer upgrades, including snacks and cocktails in the Royal Club Lounge. An Avis Rental Car desk and business center are available. The Gymnasium fitness center is included for Club Level guests. A volleyball court, 2 hot tubs, and transfer service to Universal Studios theme parks are also offered. Beautiful hotel , staff friendly and efficient, pool area was lovely and food in restaurants really good . Added bonus is the included fast passes for Universal theme parks (not Epic)

The water taxi in the morning was a relaxing way to get to the parks. The staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean. Great place to stay if visiting Universal.

Stayed for one night at this beautiful property and if your looking to go to Universal and Islands of adventure I wouldn’t recommend it enough to stay here. The convenience is unmatched, with access to unlimited fast pass and the Boating service, it made going to the parks a breeze.

Depending on the staff you talk to they were friendly. The service staff were excellent and patient with us. But the two staff on concierge were quite cold when I asked for some advise about the hotel. They need to work on their customer service when I checked out today. I asked the man with the glasses and I couldn’t quite hear what he said and he started speaking in slowly in a patronising way. I also asked about the show that the hotel do downstairs and they same person assumed I wouldn’t be able to afford it but gave me the leaflet anyway.

Perfect location for visiting Universal with fast passes. Room was clean, tidy and perfectly adequate for a family of 4. We ate dinner round the pool which was lovely and the atmosphere was great - just a shame that a storm arrived and our time ended abruptly! The queue for checking in took quite a while. I also think it's great to receive the fast passes for universal, but it is very expensive.
