All rooms at Universal Cabana Bay Beach Resort feature a 40-inch flat-screen cable TV. Coffee-making facilities are also provided. Guests can stay in traditional or poolside rooms as well as spacious family suites which include fully equipped kitchenettes. Free WiFi and a free transfer to all 4 Universal Orlando Resort theme parks and Universal CityWalk are provided. Guests can relax at 2 zero-entry pools, in a lazy river, or on the beach. A water slide, 10-lane bowling alley (fees apply), and fitness center as well as a game room are on site. Universal Cabana Bay Beach Resort can make dining in or take out easy for guests. The food court offers burgers, milk shakes, pizza, and sandwiches. A coffee shop is on-site in addition to lobby and pool bars. Universal Cabana Bay Beach Resort is right next to Universal Volcano Bay and 1 mile to the Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure theme parks and Universal CityWalk. First time staying here I always stay at the portofino resort decided to stay here because of the proximity to volcano bay I didn’t want to deal with shuttles or far away parking. I was extremely impressed with their staff they were all AMAZING especially the young lady at the front desk who check me in Kayla, she was a true professional knew her stuff and completely helpful from the start this hotel is very lucky to have someone like this working for them , she really elevated the experience

Our family absolutely loved our stay, especially our 6 year old! He loved everything there was to do between the pools, arcade, bowling, campfires, and poolside games, I probably could have saved on park tickets and just hung out at the resort all week, he had so much fun! Early entry to Epic Universe was a game-changer as well!

The staff members were very helpful with accommodating our needs through messages throughout our stay . lThe pool area was nice and clean . I enjoyed the easy access to Volcano Bay . The beds were uncomfortable which was the only downside .

This place has a great looking lobby and a food court with multiple options. It’s HUGE, it kinda like a huge Motel with tons of buildings, elevator was broken sand they do not offfer any help with luggage or valet of vehicle then an overcrowded pool,

Building was too far to take the bus, bus should go to pick up in every building with a schedule set for every building if you running late then you can run tho the front to catch the bus, this was disappointing.

Rooms were really nice. check in did take about an hr waiting in line. And our hot water heater stopped working so when we got home from the parks, we had to take ice cold showers. The manager was really helpful and comped our breakfast and there was hot water again in the morning. Overall great place to stay and its close to the parks which is really nice.

This is the cutest theme Resort. Their staff are so helpful and friendly! We love staying here. The retro theme is cool and comforting. It will bring back your childhood or remind you of a more simple time. Check in and chill out, this is the best!
