It is a very good hotel. Very clean, very spaceous, very fun and very pretty and very delicious and very affordable

Although clean the room was just ok. The headboards were torn. There was a smell around the diner that was not good and the food was incredibly expensive. The pool areas were quite nice.

Excellent hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was convenient, and the amenities were great. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

The shuttle was great except for many people overcrowded but it was convenient. Room service was great.

Bus stop at the property that takes you to Universal, very convenient. Nice pool, meals and snacks available on premises, room has all essentials, small fridge, ample seating. Would stay there again.

Bathroom was not good being split. Family suite size was small. Slightly outdated appearance. Need better dining options

The 7th floor hallways and our hotel room smelled of marijuana the entire week. I made staff aware of it but nothing changed. The rest of the hotel smelled fine. It was really strong and obvious someone was smoking weed in their room all week. Restaurant options were limited but the main dining had a large selection of good food. It was very expensive however. It cost roughly $80 to $120 for our family of 4 to eat for each meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner) depending on what we got so $240-$360 per day in food. The bowling alley is great with decent food options and a full bar. Again, very expensive but fun. Beers avg $14-$15 and mixed drinks were $15-$19 a piece at every bar on site. That’s ridiculous in my opinion. The free shuttles to the Universal properties were awesome! Short, easy and fast! Volcano Bay water park is literally across the street so that was a 1 min walk and you’re inside the park. Hideaway bar by the pool was ok, bar staff was great all week. The pool was packed with kids on the weekend but not that bad during the weekdays. Overall, this trip was very expensive but I guess that’s just how things are these days. To be honest, Universal Resorts and Disney Resorts has become the new Vegas with pricing. Unless something changes, this was probably our last family trip there. We can find just as fun locations for much cheaper in my opinion.
