This location is in a safe, clean area. The property is well maintained and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I have stayed here for multiple, long-term business stays where I have enjoyed the ability to utilize a full kitchen to cook meals, providing more of that “at home” feel. Very nice location and property with many amenities. Would recommend for long-term travelers.

Good place nice staff clean

Everyone was nice and helpful. We were able to get one of the foors we wanted. I like having the wel lit grounds that make it more comfortable to walk my dog at any hour he feels the need to go out. It wad sad to see the buildings hoping ip across the street. We did good s small amount of dirt in one corner of the livingroom but wasn't enough to cause problems.

The property was very conveniently located to everything in KC. Very nice property that was quiet and safe. So many nice amenities this location and around the hotel.

WaterWalk exceeded my expectations. The ladies at the front desk were very nice & helpful. The rooms were spacious & comfortable. Having stayed in other upper brand hotels in the area, I would definitely come back to WaterWalk.

Room had not been thoroughly cleaned. Washer and dryer where gross and wouldn't personal use. One of the pots had water still in it. Floor could have been mopped.

I booked and confirmed a handicapped accessible room for my family and I, checked in, arrived in the room after a long day of driving to realize we were NOT in an accessible room, call the front desk, the guests who had been in “our” room decided to extend their stay, I was told there were not any accessible rooms left but that the manager would give me a refund. Gee thanks. Management and Staff needs to be retrained; I should’ve been contacted immediately when the room I booked wasn’t going to be available, at the very least I should’ve been made aware of this at check in and the manager should’ve offered to find us an accessible room at one of their sister properties. I absolutely will never book with this company again and will absolutely let everyone I know not to use them.

It’s always a great place to stay when visiting the KC area.

I rated the property is OK. It didn’t wow Me. Had a two bedroom two bath suite which was lovely, except everything. There was a little bit grungy. The floors were not clean, there were two forks in the fully stocked kitchen. The furniture was actually very uncomfortable. Everything was poorly presented.. One of the things that attracted me to this location, was that the website stated they had daily housekeeping. I was told, in a not very nice way, by the less than friendly front desk person during the day, that they don’t provide daily housekeeping. There was a very kind young man who worked the counter in the evenings, whose name was Russ, who was awesome. Also, the air conditioning was outrageously cold. Felt great.

How clean it was to have pets staying there as well. There's nothing I didn't like about my stay, however, I never saw a pool.

There was a delayed check-in time for my stay that had not been communicated prior to my arrival at the advertised check-in time. The change was manageable for me but it did cause an unexpected change in plans. Everything else was better than I'd expected and staff was amazing.
