Harborside Hotel

Clean, staff was friendly, complimentary breakfast wasn’t the best. But everything else was good !

Very clean room. The bed was comfortable. The staff were very knowledgeable of the area.

The pictures are misleading. I picked the king room based off the photos. It’s shows couches the rooms are nothing like that. The bathroom was falling apart, had cobwebs on the windows and the breakfast was pointless. Just spend the extra money and stay at the harbor.

Ive stayed at this property a few times and absolutely loved it, especially that they had a restaurant on-site, as well as shuttle transportation to a few places in the area. In fact, I only booked here for the restaurant convenience for hot breakfast and dinner, especially days when we do not want to venture out. I was very very disappointed to learn at checking in, the restaurant is no longer open and they only offer continental breakfast. The hotel website did not note this, neither did Expedia. I would not have booked had I known. I have recommended this hotel to a few people for the restaurant convenience and will probably not again. After getting in from a long drive. We were looking forward to a good hot meal. This should CLEARLY be communicated on the hotel website and also on Expedia or other 3rd party apps/website. It was too late to cancel, as I was beyond the cancelation date/time. Please be sure to update these changes clearly, so that returning customers can know.

It was clean,good staff!

Great stay but the room didn't cold enough and the refrigerator didn't cold enough had to put my drinks in the freezer then they froze up but overall the front desk staff she was amazing great customer service will be back

This place was over priced.

Good location to National Harbor and Alexandria.

Very clean, helpful staff, convenient to MGM which is what we stayed for. Would definitely stay again! Although we didn’t use it, there’s a free shuttle to MGM and other nearby sites!

Stag was friendly and prompt. Took me 2 minutes to check in. My room was nice and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was ok.

Missing the jazz events at the hotel!!!!

Proximity to entertainment, the harbor and military bases were great.

Shuttle service great did not have to drive much which was a plus. Staff professional and accomodating.
