Beautiful hotel. The place is just gorgeous. Great location too. I will definitely make this my home whenever I need lodging when traveling to Maryland in the future.

Overall pretty inside. Outside and surrounding is not that appealing. Seems like an older hotel was renovated but not fully. Bathrooms need renovation. Beds were comfy, rooms were clean.

It's a great place to stay

The shuttle service was very good and we were able to get around without using our vehicle, and enjoyed the free parking. Hotel Staff was very professional and helpful. Room was clean, but the bathroom ceiling tiles were somewhat old and in need of some repair. The bathroom vent was not secured properly but we were there for one night. The hotel is has been renovated but it is an old building. Great location to get to the National Harbor and the Shopping Outlets.

The stay here is always restful. Would recommend for short stays.

They advertise a bar and restaurant in the hotel. THAT IS NOT TRUE. NO BAR NO RESTAURANT.

Clean rooms, great staff and loved that they have a shuttle that can take you to the outlets, he national harbor etc.

Perfect location!

Just ensure you ask questions. The restaurant on site was not operating at all. Also, prom was happening in the hotel so lots of ppl walking the halls through the night. Just noise and lack of amenities was only issue. Used shuttle service provided and drivers were very friendly and helpful.

I was completely satisfied with the overall services.The bilingual representative spoke and comprehended the English language with persision. Upon requesting items all was done in a timely fashion. Every staff member I encountered was the extremely polite. I am grateful they had a microwave in the room, which many hotels lack.The hotel was accessible to various stores. A shuttle to take you to the MGM casino, National harbor, tanger outlets which complemented the entire experience. I will be using them thereafter.

Easy access from the Interstate. Close to restaurants and shopping outlets, close to the casino and the National Harbor. Hotel restaurant was closed during my stay.
