Unique setup like a studio apartment

The rooms are spacious, at one point they must have been apartments. We had a two bedroom king/queen, perfect to let our son have his own space. Clean overall, but shower/tub area needs re-caulking, mold has started to grow in the cracks. Bathroom door needs replacing too. The beds were very comfortable for us, and it was wonderfully quiet, you don’t hear your neighbors, and property is in a residential area. Breakfast is typical hotel fare, coffee ok. I’d return, though would hope the bathroom issues are attended to.

Parking is limited first come first serve. Rooms are very spacious n beautiful. Breakfast is ok. Overall it’s good.

Clean and quiet

This hotel has no air conditioning, only way to cool the room is to have the sliding patio door open. One of our rooms that door would not open either, very warm room. Hotel has a strange layout, possibly a converted condo.

Room was clean for being kind of old, property was cute and in a cute little community of homes, breakfast was fine

Entire hotel was very strange, looked to be converted condos. No AC available, one of our rooms the patio door was locked with do not use signs; so no way to get cool air. What hotel only has sliding doors for cooling that can not be secured for overnight in an high population area. Ice machine did not work. At breakfast the juice/water dispenser was out of order.

Quiet , there were many deer about, the weather was nice sunny and very relaxing

Great place to stay if you’re visiting Carmel or Monterey. There was sufficient parking and the rooms were quite nice. However, I was disappointed with the breakfast. There was no hot coffee or any juices.

The layout of the room and the location! Breakfast was kind of lame! Only bagels and bread!

The room we was not the room I picked out upon booking. The pictures showed a very clean suite. The room we got was an oversized studio with full kitchen. Bathroom light on outside of bathroom , stains were on all chairs and couch and the carpet was coming apart. The staff was friendly and moved us to another room per our request. New room was smaller than what we paid for but the bathroom was updated and clean. Chairs still had stains but carpet a little better shape. The breakfast had a broken juice dispenser and yogurt machine out of order. Property was very close to beach and tide pools so great location. I wanted to mention that the property looks to be renovating a couple rooms so maybe in the future, the rooms will be clean and updated.

Just Love that it was so clam nice and quiet easy parking and continental breakfast in the morning. LOVE THE WEATHER.

loved the high wood ceiling, the big windows and balcony and design of room. the bed was very comfortable and room was spacious. great location to the beach. breakfast could have been better. Add some scrambled eggs instead of cold boiled eggs.

The help ! any time I had a request it was done to the best of ability . Very helpful. Maybe some bathrooms could be updated .

Not the roomiest, but perhaps the cleanest room we’ve stayed in, in a very long time.

We enjoyed the location nestled in the trees and a neighborhood.

Great stay here, close to Monterey and Coast, however wish the ice maker worked or they had pool or hot tub at the very least, very nice rooms however, spacious, big screen TV, no AC but was cool enough didnt need it, would stay again!!
