It’s fine but didn’t feel like the four seasons I know. The pool service was below average. The bartender at Quattro on Monday night was disappointing. The guy on Sunday night was great. On Monday we ordered a single fortaleza ranch water, when is saw the charge of $55 for the one drink I questioned the bartender who told us he doesn’t know he just charges what the system tells him to. That’s not four seasons service.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made my stay very comfortable. The property was well maintained and clean. The complimentary coffee and fruit was a nice touch. The location was also very convenient to the business meetings we had throughout the Silicon Valley area. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Dark and old. Showing its age. Have done several Four Seasons and feels like this one does not rep the brand.
