Close location to pier park and restaurants. Pool area is relaxing with simple bar. Coded garage is a great plus, feels safe leaving your vehicle there. The sky bridge on level 3 with luggage carts makes loading and unloading your belongings a breeze. Access to the beach is very nice also. Condo was very clean up to date and had what we needed. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Elevators close very quickly, you need to make sure everyone is in fast.

The refrigerator has an issue with the freezer door. It doesn't stay closed so the alarm keeps beeping for High heat and open door constantly all day and night. It also leaks water because the door will not seal off and close properly. The lock on the front door is broken on the top inside. The lock on the bedroom door is also broken and doesn't work. It could be a problem for anyone with small children.

Location and balcony view Numerous things! Dirty, furniture stained and worn, furnace programmed to not heat higher than 65 the first night (March 2 very cold), several electrical outlets not working, shower light out, tv streaming service lousy, one tv froze picture repeatedly, no tv remote for bedroom for 7 days, 3rd tv did not work, dryer banging and grinding loudly, locked out of room 3 times-once for 25 minutes, extension cord hanging out of the wall, kitchen faucet, busted door in 2nd bathroom, 2nd bedroom door broken ….

Directly on the beach with a great view and had restaurants and stores within walking distance. It was quiet. Kitchen and washing machine was very clean as were bathrooms. There were cleaning supplies and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Swimming pools were clean and beach access was easy. Furniture and walls need an update. Moldy pillows on the patio looking over the beach. Refrigerator said it needed a new water filter and air filter. Some wall outlets didn’t work and a few moved around when plugging stuff in. There were also chairs and umbrellas covering the beach directly behind the hotel so space was cramped and limited.

Breakfast area was closed which was disappointing.

Mostly everything Shower/tub did not drain Last two days had no hot water

The beds were comfy and the view was beautiful. The room was a little dirty, the laundry door fell off the tracks we called to have it repaired and no one showed up. One of the tvs did not work, 3 out of 4 stove eyes did not work.

Location was fantastic. Close to pier, true ocean front apartment, large room with nice balcony…that’s where the positive ends Starting from the minute we arrived we had issues. Staff was terrible to communicate with, refused early check in (20 min) citing that the room was not ready, however we were in the hallway and all windows were open and the room was clean and ready with no one there. They also do not have any space to hold bags so make sure to make arrangements at an outside facility for your bags as we were told we could not use the pool area OR parking garage until AFTER check in. Once 4pm did come the code received didn’t work, someone had to come up and enter a master code to let us in the room. Once arrived we ran into lots of issues in the room itself. The place was filthy, sandy floors, black feet and socks within minutes of checking in. Under dressers tons of dust, trash, other people’s socks. Our group was 6 people (room fits 8), we were told we could not get any additional paper towels or toilet paper after the 2 rolls we were given were gone. The water in the master shower did not consistently turn on/off the handle would just turn and turn and turn until finally it would catch and turn the water on or off. None of the 3 tvs in the room worked. There are no spices, foil, pot holders, coffee filters, essentially basic kitchen items that are included so we had to purchase all of our own. While most of the other condos offer beach chair/umbrellas this unit does not and you have to pay an additional $50 per day. The beds were terrible uncomfortable, and pillows were paper thin. 4 of the pillows did not have pillow cases and when we called for pillow cases and bedding for the pull out couch we were told to look around the room. When we followed up and said we were unable to locate the items we received no response so we had to order bedding from kohls on our own. There are 2 elevators for 23 floors which were functioning very inconsistently sometimes making us wait 20+ minutes to get up to our room.

Parking was atrocious on July 4th. I paid for a parking spot and was unable to park in parking garage due to so many cars parked there that didnt have parking passes in their windows
-
It was clean and in a good location Aqua Resort has you pay a $50 parking pass for the garage and they cant even guarantee you a parking spot. We left for the day to go do stuff before the fireworks. We got back and couldn’t find a spot to park cause the whole garage was full. My family and seven others had to just sit and wait for available parking. The Aqua and Security said there’s nothing they can do about it and we’re on our own to find somewhere to park. My wife and i missed the entire Fireworks. The one thing i wanted to watch and i missed it ??

The location was perfect, easily accessible for the beach, 2 pools & a deli downstairs that served pizza & ice cream! We was missing a wristband when we arrived, a member of the vacasa team brought us one with no issues AND we lost one and they brought us another! Our family of six enjoyed our time so much that we booked an additional night!

Rooms were clean so was the rest
-
The view Outdated dish wear
-
Great location, beautiful view, enough space for everyone. There weren’t enough pillows or blankets. One room had a missing night stand and lamp, and the waffle Maker was broken.
-
This property was within walking distance to so many things. The pools were great and the beach access was perfect! The living room furniture was broken down not much of an issue since we don’t go to sit in the condo the whole time.

No complaints

Really enjoyed our stay here. Will absolutely book again in the future. Was in a wonderful spot with great parking & lots of things for our kids to do. Only thing that could have been better were the floors. We had sand on our feet before ever going to the beach & some of the outlets wouldn’t work in the master bedroom. Other than those minor issues I would stay in this exact condo every time we come to PCB if available!!?
