The pool The people up stairs were loud and obnoxious all night got no sleep at all as well as I woke up with a cockroach next to my face then noticed all the babies around the room

Fully furnished and appointed. Fully adequate, but too small for more than two people.

Private clean and cozy, comfortable bed. Back door/window in close proximity to pool area - blinds had to be closed fully for privacy.

Quiet and friendly guests. Close to the beach. Management was right on an issue we had. Issue with 1st room but we were moved to a new room immediately.

Everything was wonderful. The beach was very close, which was a big advantage. Unfortunately, Beach Access 77 was under construction during our stay, so the only way to reach the beach was via a path covered with construction debris. Children need to be especially careful because there is broken glass along the path.

NOTHING The address was fake only an empty lot at location. Kept getting the runaround about the location,the office canceling my reservation which there wasn't a way to do so. I was scammed out of 311.00

Loved the location. Very quiet part of town. This is our 2nd year staying with Catalina. The only issue we had was our bed was broken. The rooms need updating soon.

The beach is literally across the street. Pool is small but deep and refreshing. There is a bar, coffee shop, grocery store and donut shop within walking distance. Maintenance man was awesome we had a small inconvenience, however, he responded and resolved the issue rather quickly! PARKING!!!! ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!!!!! MY ONLY COMPLAINT. And maybe no laundry on site, not even a coin one, however, we found one close, so my only complaint has to be the parking, whew, what a nightmare...

Love how it’s located and the rooms are close by and parking is great. The pool was clean. The beach is across the street!! The bed was too soft. The cooking pan , knife missing.

The pool was great. The location was great. The full kitchenette was a nice touch. The beds were very comfortable. The parking isn’t the greatest.

Loved this place is was quiet and away from all the touristy part but still close by to drive to That they shut down access to the beach the day after I arrived
