Great experience

The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. I loved how close we were to the concert on the slopes event. However, the beds and pillows were horribly uncomfortable. Could not sleep. And the room service breakfast was undercooked and inedible. The coffee was bitter.

Beautiful location great customer service from front desk and valet staff My family of four and another family of 4 in front of us in line at the restaurant were repeatedly ignored while trying to grab some food. Took almost 20 minutes for someone to even come talk to us and seat us in a half empty restaurant. Then once seated it took about 15-20 minutes before we even got water. Then they forgot about us again. Something along the lines of this server thought someone else was taking the table but it was a miss communication. The food was good, wish I could say the same for the waiters. Oh and the elevators on one side of the building were broken so the walk to the room took forever because it was on the opposite side of the building.

Great location and fun bar and restaurant. I was surprised by the 1.5" gap under our door to the hall. I could very clearly hear people walking past. Also they were understaffed at valet at checkout time. The wait to get our vehicle was about 25 minutes.

There was only two people on a Saturday to retrieve cars at valet. There were multiple concerts and golf tournaments going on and we waited almost an hour for our car. Same with the cafe and coffee shops, there was one poor girl working with loads of people and it took

The access to the resort Everything. Things were broken. Or didn't work and the blinds fell right off the wall.

We loved our stay at Grand Summitt. It was impeccably clean and maintained. The pool was awesome for our family to play in. There were so many large soft benches for kids to sleep on so it sleeps many more. We will be staying here again.
