We have stayed at the Grand Summit several times and have enjoyed our time there mostly My daughter accidentally left several items in the top drawer of the dresser I called the next morning to recover the items but “they couldn’t find them” Very disappointing that a nice hotel doesn’t have any accountability! She is a single m with a limited income so it’s a big deal for her to have to buy new swim suits, underwear and bras

Very outdated. Paper parking pass. Old roll up curtains, outdated and scratched up shower/tub, no fridge, old phones...just old. It felt like a time warp to 2001. Coffee maker on tray in front of tv.

Loved the location and the areas outside in the village where you can relax, and the easy access to trails. Would have been nice to have a microwave and a mini-fridge in the room.

When we got to our room, the thermostat was not working. We didn’t realize until after 10pm. Once we called the front desk, the staff came right up with parts to fix it. They had to make a couple of trips but they were on top of it!

Beautiful view. The room was smaller than we expected. One chair for sitting. If you watch a movie you have to lay on the bed. A/C unit kept cycling on and off. I’m in the HVAC business and shined my light in and the filter was filthy, Probably why the unit kept cycling.

We had another wonderful stay, this is our third year of coming for Labor Day weekend. We arrived early and they were able to accommodate us with an early check in. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a full kitchen that we used for breakfast every day. One of our favorite features is the large dining room table, where our party of 8 played card and board games every night. The pool, hot tubs and sauna were used every day, you just can't beat the sunshine in Park City in September. Every request large or small were handled with care by the front desk. The valet station is busier with the change to the flow of golfers to the course, but it they were always quick to help with our car and our bags. The place is top notch, and I haven't even mentioned the great location of the property.

We visit Park City every Labor Day weekend with our Grandkids. This is the first time our family has stayed at the Grand Summit Resort, it was wonderful. The amenities were nice, 3 hot tubs, pool & sauna. It had easy access to the all the shops & restaurants around the ski resort. We'll come back for sure!
