Great location.

No Microwaves in Rooms. Smoke detectors are over sensitive so hence why no microwaves. You have to PAY to park in Parking lot. NEVER EVER had to do that ANYWHERE except NYC. Friggin Nuts - why? People cut through the parking lot at an unsafe speed across the spots in order to short cut through. Almost hit my son.

Very good breakfast and staff was very friendly

The breakfast was great!! But the pools were closed, so that sucked. And i had to ask for toilet paper. Also trash bags, and to get the trash thrown. But the girls at the front desk was great. Very friendly, and very accommodating!!

Hotel is just ok out.

Mmmmm

It was ok, the outdoor pool was not open, my room wasn’t ready until 4pm. The fire alarm went on for a few seconds, seemed like the walls were paper thin. The tub in our bathroom was dirty.
-
Room needed additional lighting

Wonderful Hotel highly recommended to anybody next to the Hilton with Ruth Chris Restaurant the breakfast was phenomenal every day

Always a wonderful stay at this Hampton Inn. Our go to Hotel when flying out of Newark.

Ok and function on all services.

Would not come back.

The property seemed worn and not well cared for. It seems that it is a time to refresh the property.

We requested for cleaning service 3 times, requested for more towels 4 times and neither of these requests were answered. We also asked for water bottles and weren’t told no, we were told they are “being held for the guests that are checking in” Horrible service.

Staff was courteous and willing to help. But room was not as expected. Unable to roll up curtains. Shower tub was clogged.

The staff at Hampton Inn are all magnificent. I booked a stay after a storm had passed through the area. There were downed utilities that affected the wifi. The staff were very accommodating especially Ray, the assistant manager. Even with the minor inconvenience my stay was quite comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.

clean room, nice pool, good breakfast, enjoyed the stay

Check-in was delayed 3 hours, along with many more guests being delayed. I was supposed to be compensated or reimbursed and nothing has happened yet. I spoke to an Expedia representative last Sunday. Needless to say I am not pleased
